I love play March of October something I will like to add is
1- control of the roster same la franchise.
2- create you player.
3- more years no only one.
4- create more situations in the game.

That last point is a great idea and could see more engagement with the mode.

I tried that mode once and didn't touch it after. The fact we can't update rosters, make moves or really do anything expect play late inning games. Made it extremely dull.
