Yeah it’s definitely 23, just a weird change. I noticed they added more cards with the opening day so was curious what others thoughts, and if they noticed a different in gameplay
It was just their normal server maintenance, no gameplay changes.
Won't touch franchise until they add an online option but glad you like it.
Is anyone else getting an insane amount of perfect outs offline? It feels like over 50% of my perfects are outs. Online has played great though.
I know most people hated it but it allowed me to finish out my last collections to get Brett so I’m happy

Bob Feller is one of the two Takashi top legends. I saw a rumor that the other is Stan Musial.

Ichiro would be a new legend and would fit with the Japanese theme they have going on but as popular as he is I’d think they’d advertise him being in the game
I would be very curious what SDS would do about Ichiro's power attributes.
Although Ichiro was lacking for power stats in his career, he supposedly put on legendary power displays in batting practice.
He just knew going for homers wasn't his game.
Sadly, SDS would probably just go off his low power stats and ignore his power capabilities.
His signature card in 19 had power similar to the top Gwynn cards I believe, so mid 60s
Yeah so solely stat-based. I get trying to be realistic but Diamond Dynasty is a fantasy mode supposed to be fun.
It's not fun to have unusable stars with low power.
So SDS has a choice. Either make high contact low power guys viable, or juice the power (a bit unrealistically) of some of the elite contact stars.
You don't have to go crazy. 80-90 power works. Clemente is one of my highest OPS guys this year.

Yeah even the moonshot event is a joke. Didn’t think they could screw up the game this bad. It just sucks rn and they do nothing about it.

Don't hear much about him but the Jobe card has very good speed differentials. Parallel him up some and his 4 seam will top out at 99 with nasty off speed pitches.

When you go to the playground and those kindergarten rascals try to kick you in the face while on the swing set. If you don’t get hit, it’s a missed swing

The fact that good players get penalized for good timing on missed swings is one of the most messed up things in this game
They should make more predetermined hits where the outfielders don’t even have to move a step… love that.
It’s not meant to be unlocked first day… what do people not understand about that. Unless you’re a content creator or have money to blow you’re not getting him today or even soon for that matter.
