Still haven’t received my pre-order bonus. I’ve tried everything from restarting the game, restoring licenses, going into the stub store, and nothing is working. Anyone else have any suggestions?

In a Freeze off while winning 4-0 in the bottom of the 3rd in RS. Happened right after my opponent caught a popup in foul territory.

This has happened a couple of times now and it is starting to get on my nerves. I just completed the National League Showdown and put all 5 vouchers into Cincinnati and passed through 70 and 90 points meaning I should have gotten the 6x and 3x Team affinity packs. I did not receive any of those but I did receive the Ballin' pack from 100 points. Anybody know how to get these packs back and also deal with this so it does not happen again?
