I mean while I would love for god tier bosses next inning it could be mention of extreme since that usually is out around this time

to go one step further they used to do this a lot in moments like hit 1 HR they would give the guy you're stuck hitting with 125 power. Wish they did more of that this year since it some of these moments were annoying with warning track power

While I love Frank the Tank and he's almost guaranteed to be my 1st baseman tomorrow afternoon I always love Rapid Robert and his collection card pitched so well for me I accidentally P5'd it and keep a spot just for him. I will definitely be interested in some of these legends attributes other than the ones we saw though because Seaver's H/9 scare me a bit

Nats might be Andre Dawson if I had to guess and I doubt they repeat the TA2 cards with TA4 so I think it rules out edgar, gerhig and ripkin. Since we did see a 97 Price as a team's top card I guess my post saying Luis Gonzalez getting a boost won't need to happen and he can be the DBacks. The fact these teams are not revealed tells me one or more of them have a pretty big card coming it's just a matter of who.

Yeah it was definitely an "interesting" choice but the fact in the video today it also seemingly blurred missions and they didn't show any reward path does make me start to think we get FS henchmen. That and the rays getting David Price who isn't a legend or future star when I thought the Rays would be a team with a FS affinity player simply because they don't have a long enough history for many legends. I do hope people use his card because he is always BP for me for whatever reason

So we know there is a new legend coming. As someone with no care for the diamondbacks as a team so I can't tell you if they have an uber future star coming up I think this new legend could be Randy Johnson. We've seen Luis Gonzalez a few times in the game and they sort of took a lot of liberties to get him to a 97 overall, Steve Finley already has his best card (somehow a giant), and really they just don't have any other great players in their history other than Randy Johnson or Curt Shilling. Since Curt can't really keep his mouth shut it makes him highly unlikely to be in the game so by my logic we have to see either a Luis Gonzalez or Randy Johnson card for them. Any other players I am completely missing?

I have so many silvers and bronze players that I would be mildly surprised if I don't have enough to complete every divisions exchange and then some leftover for the boosted prices

So my argument for topps now cards is based on that exact moment in time he hit a home run off a righty therefore he should have 125 contact 125 power against righties and the rest of the card should be the same as his LS because he didn't do anything in that very moment to justify boosts. Miggy meanwhile had a career to get to 500 home runs and since he didn't get a home run every at bat he shouldn't get 125 power (yes I know this is a ridiculous line of thinking but its how I can justify the in the moment topps now)

I know this might sound odd but to me Yadi is a lot more like an Ozzie Smith case to the HOF where great glove below average bat but plays for a winning franchise. Salvy really has been somewhat hurt by the fact the teams he played on just haven't been very good for years and years which gets him less attention. If they switched teams I think Salvy is just as strong of a case but I think Molina would lose recognition if he played for a worse team

my favorite pull (since I pulled trout twice already) was pulling acuna and degrom in back to back packs from the Bruce Sutter program. Man I didn't even know about the lights thing back then so when I saw green I was like ummmm is the game broken

Vote for Pedro....but in all honesty if they were going to do this they might as well have given Pedro the griffey treatment and made him the only boss purely on name because if you live outside the KC fandom area and/or are younger than 40 you probably don't care for Brett and I think even dodger fans have come to dislike Matt Kemp

I saw a guy yesterday in RS (ended in a friendly) that was 84-0 and I was like ok that doesn't sound fishy at all

Today just aggravated me saying it was Sig Series Lou Brock and I check like ooooo new card nope they give you PS Brock who I guess is "technically" better for the moment. I just don't get SDS with their rosters for moments or players you use or really anything. All I can say is at least we haven't had a 3 inning game lately

Counter-argument its the pirates so that's not really impressive but I'm sure he'll get his 96-97 ovr prime card in one of these monthly evolutions
