Christian Arroyo has had one of the strangest careers for a former top-100 prospect. He's not very good but he keeps getting chance after chance and he always has these brief flickers of greatness. I thought the Giants had something with him, then I thought he'd make it work in Tampa Bay. The guy doesn't quit, I guess.
