The guy is a piece of trash and has no remorse for what he did so it’s just a matter of time before he gets in trouble again. Any team would be stupid to give him any sort of multi year deal.
I am an Astros fan, who Trevor has talked a lot [censored] about, so I have never been a big fan of his. However, what does he need to be remorseful for?
He has videos and texts of this lady consenting to and wanting this. If he truly had something to be remorseful for, he would have been charged with a crime.
Just because someone accuses you of something, doesn't make it so.
The guy clearly enjoys hitting women. Also if you don’t understand the difference between rough [censored] and just straight up beating on someone then I’m guessing you have a restraining order or two against you.
There you go with your assumptions, again. You know who makes assumptions? Pedophiles, so I am guessing you are a pedo. You must be on the registry.
"Additionally, the judge’s focus on consent related only to whether the woman consented to have rough [censored] with Bauer, which she did. “If she set limits and he exceeded them, this case would’ve been clear,” the judge said. “But she set limits without considering all the consequences, and [Bauer] did not exceed limits that the petitioner set. … They were consequences of the acts which she did consent to, including being choked.”
You are defending a guy that enjoys hitting women and having [censored] with them while they are unconscious. That says all anyone needs to know about you dude.
I am not defending anything other than him being legally cleared. Whatever kinks those two are in to, isn't my cup of tea. However, while I am a good Christian -- the bedrock of our Republic -- is freedom.
They both agreed to whatever happened and now it's none of our business. I just don't like the mud slinging because someone agreed to something, got mad at some point (or was digging for gold) and wanted to try and punish the other person.
Edit -- If it was as cut and dry as you keep saying, he would have been charged with assault. She agreed to what happened and/or exaggerated what happened. Your opinion (nor mine) doesn't outweigh the facts and legality of the situation.
