Just an update, although the solution to resetting progress worked, the trophy still did not pop when progress leveled up. I read on Reddit and PSNProfiles the issue might be linked to RTTS glitching this trophy. I will attempt this solutioned later on today.

I think i figured it out. Noted all current settings. Deleted the game, reinstalled it, and chose lowest difficulty at set up page, then selected dynamic difficulty. Got all my settings back to how i had them, went into RTTS and started playing at lowest difficulty + dynamic. To OP, yes, there is settings regarding when you get notified, either at beginning of game, as it progresses or once you level up.

I would like to know how to reset the dynamic progress. I started playing RTTS and i believe the game started me at veteran hitting/pitching. I have since gotten to All-Star hitting and pitching, but this locks me out of the trophies for earlier progression. If anyone knows, please advice.

This is ridiculous, the weekend is almost over and the stubs/packs bonuses issue have not been resolved. At this point i feel we should be compensated somehow. It literally defeats the purpose paying extra to get early access

Haven't played any online events. I had restarted the game multiple times and the issue was still ongoing. I logged in today and was able to create the sell orders. Weird.

I'm trying to sell some cards i know i won't use. However, when i go to create a sell order, i get an error message stating the player is currently in use and has to be unequiped in order to sell it. Tried it with 4 different cards, none of them have been added to a collection, or are on a squad. Anyone else having this issue, or know how to fix it? Any help will be appreciated.

Yup. Looks like this update broke a lot of the things that were working for me. Innings are not counting towards missions, swing/pitch timing is off and now can't progress on conquest due to constant network errors

Sony was quick to pull Cyberpunk off the PS store due to the issues which prevented people from playing the game. To this date the game has not returned to the store. Yet we have the same situation here with this year's The Show, sure you can play the game, it's not as broken as Cyberpunk was when it comes to gameplay. However a game which relies on server connectivity is certainly deemed unplayable when the servers have been mostly unavailable almost 2 weeks into launch (early access). I guess since it would hurt their pockets directly they would just rather remain silent.

I also have a question, did you get the PS5 entitlement? I'm trying to figure out if the voucher with the JR Deluxe is the one that gives you the entitlement to the PS5 version, or if it's the disc that does it.

Probably no need for that. I keep seeing more people with the same issue, so I must have just gotten lucky. I doubt the code has anything to do with it. I got the same upgrade with Marvel's Avengers and Yakuza Like a Dragon. Once they enabled the upgrade, all I needed was to have the disc inserted, and the icon [once you selected the game from XMB] on the bottom would show the "Free PS5 upgrade". I ended up selling my physical copy and got the digital one instead.

Yeah good luck with that. I enabled and linked my account multiple times last year. I watched SDS streams and other streamers and never got a single drop. For this year maybe they haven't enabled any links for drops, we should see an announcement from SDS when they do.

Ooof, well, yup..... No way to fix that, at least none that i can think of. When opening regular packs, it will show if you already own the card, is this not the case for the team affinity 42 packs?

Sell it and buy one that you don't have from the marketplace.

I had no issues with the upgrade. The disc had to be in the PS5, when i selected the game icon, i pressed down and on the right was the "Free PS5 Upgrade". Sucks they misled people to believe it would be a full digital download.

Didn’t realize you needed to use the disc?!?!

So it took me forever yesterday to figure this out. Hopefully this helps. First, the game code slip that comes with the game doesn't give you the PS5 digital.version, it's only for the double dailies, gold pack and bat skin. The PS4 disc will be needed to be inserted into the PS5 in order to play it.
This is where i found this out.
Now, the following worked for me. Insert the disc into your PS5, once the game shows up on the screen, one of two, move over to the game, press down to bring up the trophies, and streams from people. On the right you should see the game icon aswell, there it should say "PS5 Upgrade" select it to download PS5 version. Note again, the PS4 disc will need to be inserted for you to be able to play the PS5 version. The other option is once you have inserted the disc and it shows up, select it and press the options button, it should give you an option to select the game version, from there select PS5. (You can also delete the PS4 version from there if you wish). Hopefully this helped a bit.

Ok, so i inserted the PS4 disc into my PS5 and the PS5 upgrade came up. This was misleading since this is what i wanted to avoid. The game is cross-progression, and i wanted to play the digital version at home on the PS5 and the disc version on the PS4 when away from home. But now i have to take the disc wherever i want to play it. If they had been 100% clear on this, i would have bought the same edition digitally and avoided all this confusion. It took me 10 minutes of googling this issue to narrow it down to what the problem was.

I'm on the same boat. I entered the code on the PS5's PSN store, got the confirmation for the digital content but nothing for the actual PS5 game. I checked my game library and no MLB 21 shows on there. I'm just going to stare at my hat while i calm myself down.
