You need every card in the game to get Rolen, Cal Raleigh is unusable with a 40 contact and the rest of the cards are awful. I've had the same dudes in my lineup for 6 weeks because all the new cards are unattainable or trash.

Is it as bad as you'd thought it be? I went from thinking it was going to be bad, to it realizing it's horrible. It's almost July and I went from using Posada, Rollins, and Escobar to using 87 William Contreras and 86 Live Series DeGrom. What an absolute disaster.

Does anyone else hate the sound of hitting this year? It sounds like you're hitting with a wiffleball bat, and when you get a perfect perfect it sounds like a broken bat in real life. Who approved this change?

But they're right about Season 2. I gave it the weekend to see how it is, and everyone was right: it's awful. No one wants to grind team affinity for guys with 74 contact and 81 power. We just did this 6 weeks ago. What a disaster

It's been 2 weeks, and a lot of people still can't use their custom uniforms. How hasn't SDS fixed this yet? It's unreal.

Credit to SDS, they made Team Affinity 100x better than last year. It's way quicker and doesn't seem like a punishment. I also like the fact that you can pitch with boss for 3 inimhz and get 15,000 xp out of it, and it's also repeatable.

I think the time has come boys: I'm Washed. The last few years I've been a WS player ( I play a lot so not that impressive) every season. I usually hit .360-.370 per season and hit well on HOF and ok on Legend. So far this year I'm horrendous. I hit more "very early" foul balls then follow it with a very late on the next pitch than anyone in history. I just moved to a new apartment so I'm holding out hope that it's the WiFi causing me to be trash, but that may just be a cope. In all seriousness, does anyone know if playing on 5 gHZ vs automatic makes a difference? I kept crashing when I had it set to automatic, set it to 5 gHZ, now I'm terrible. Could just be a cope though like I said.

1. Create an all Strikes mode- If anyone remembers the 2K games, there was an option to turn on all strikes where you couldn't physically throw a ball. Give the people this option in some online game modes if they want to. A lot of people are strapped for time and don't want to sit there taking 45 of the 100 pitches they see. Make people throw it in the zone and let people swing at everything.

2. Don't make the difficulty go to legend until someone reaches 1000+ rating, GOAT 1100+.
   I think a lot of people are huge fans of playing on HOF. The game is challenging but it's not a slug fest like AS, but not a 3-2 game on 5 hits like legend. The issue now is that HOF is only 700-900, so you only have limited games on HOF. I have no interest playing on legend, so I try to play only a few games of ranked a week so I don't get to 900 with 2 weeks left in the season and have to sit there striking out on legend for 2 weeks before I go back to HOF.

3. Make Weekend Classic count towards overall record- After you play your 6 games, it becomes casual mode basically. There's no incentive to winning other than a pack because it doesn't affect rating or record, so you get a bunch of people who once they get down 1-0, they just quit.

4. Fix the randomness- This goes without saying, but the game is way too random. When two guys who are close to a similar skill play, it comes down to who the game gives a a HR to on late timing hit or who the game lets hit a very early HR.

I’ve been using meter pitching forever, and up until this year have been doing well with it. This year though, I can’t get anyone out. Guys are hitting HRs on balls that aren’t even in the strike zone. Does it deem like the game is trying to get people off of meter and to use pinpoint?

We still letting Nighmare33160 and GrandpaBeatU be top ranked players despite intentionally freezing every game and not playing a single game past the 4th inning? Seems like they should get you banned but I don’t know

Anyone else getting the most random exit velos online the last few weeks? I just played a game where me and my opponent were a combined 6-26 on good timing swings. We both each had a perfect perfect foul ball to make things even better. It's an absolute disaster the last few weeks. Balls are being squared up and going nowhere while some swings are going out on "very early" swings on balls down and away.

I just started the Yankees team affinity to get Ruth and my god is it a lot of work.

I’m new to DD, so I didn’t know what to expect. Thought hitting was way too easy when I was in the 500-600 level and was a HR fest. Then I got to the 800ish level and I have zero chance of getting more than 5 hits. Dudes are throwing 100mph sinkers followed by sliders than move 9 feet. Can anyone hit at this level or did I just get really bad fast?

Shenanigans should be called out. Anybody who does obviously doesn't care about some scary tos.

It’s the same guy for both accounts because I went up 2-0 and it froze and he messaged me from the other account saying he can wait all day

You’re better off just going through the top 25 and blocking the guys hitting .130 and below. The top 25 is filled with dudes who freeze it.
