anyone know if it will be availables the 31st comes into pacific time or is it a later in the day/night release?
-
I bought a monitor awhile back. Its got 1ms response time. But its only 75 ghz refresh rate. Would that make much difference if we had 175 or so? I can tell some differece between monitor and tv but wondering if i need more of refresh rate.
-
They should also add analog hitting or stride. Tapping a button doesnt seem all that challenging. that and power swings take more movement drawing back and then forward with good timing and the pci placement.
-
Just out of curiosity how do you tell that they are using directional or not?
-
i assumed that it wasnt an option till i seen someone have some sort of dino ballpark in our matchup. but any of the populated list if i click on select stadium it says something about uploading to vault. but i dont have anything to load. i havent made anything so am i missing a step here?
-
it should make some sort of sense for a pitcher getting tired. i played a guy who warmed up his pitcher from the 2nd inning never sat him down and it didnt have any effect
-
does anyone have any suggestions on getting a monitor and not giving up too much in size of monitor? example i have a 85 inch i play my games on. i cant really picture going down to a 19 inch or something in that range. most of the monitors i see that have 1 MS response are fairly small for todays monitors/tvs. is the response time not able to be viewed in a large screen? just looking for a few ideas.

ive enjoyed screwballs lately even if somewhat hard to locate. but to an extent if I don't know where the ball is going then my opponent might not either lo
-
hey guys so ive heard it mentioned before that some of best players in history example barry bonds, McGwire, etc is because they don't have permission or something along the lines of that. but I just wanted to ask since I have noticed other games like OOTP baseball, and some other front office manage type games that they don't seem to have the restrictions as mlb the show does. so is it because its an actual visual game and not strategy types like those are? they have pictures of all the players so just seems to me a bit odd that other games have full rights but not this one

its a problem with the extreme shifts most players will try to exploit nobody covering 3rd base line. regardless of speed it usually works until you go in and change shift

Ranked 198 I believe hope to creep into top 100 playing exclusively with Texas now after playing 50 online games with Miami going 36-14 with them
I noticed it doesn't appear that you push x for velocity only the timing line. so I assume that is intentional but what does it do?
I try not to push X for the velocity line bc Pitching energy becomes yellow after like 60 pitches. So only will do max velocity in certain situations
wow I never thought of that before. im not sure its maybe borderline an exploit because I toyed with it and starting pitchers who have excellent stamina I can easily reach 160, 170 pitches with. but ill take it

im one of the bums Ill admit lol. but I never went 12-0 or world series. but I would also say I have played a good handful of games vs someone with 90 wins and 13 losses or something or the 12-0 banner and some things go my way and I win sometimes or I find myself saying ok they beat me but how much of it is they are better or just they got some lucky bounces. ive lost a handful because someone gets a late swing pop out just over my first basemen head. so theres a difference ive played people who are much better and win 8-0 or something. but again some I say how did this guy ever go 12--0 lol
-
Let see so you pick a stadium with just the right sun glare, of course open the dome so sun is in. And 11am game purposely. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
-
has this sale came and gone already? was it only a very limited amount of time? I don't see anything available now so im guessing I missed it
-
so what does it really take to go 12-0? ive played some people who have the 12-0 banner and I think to myself afterwards how did this person go 12-0. ive only won 7 games at the most. sure they might be better than me but not to a big difference. the same thing with records online. I will play someone with a 74-10 or something like that. sometimes I win others not but I often think how did this person win so many games.
-
I don't know if im just having a lucky few games but ive been placing the ball nearly all the right locations. I use meter though the way I understand it most of you dont

10-12 here I just have to say anytime I see someone with a ridiculous record 80-13 or something or that recent guy 100-14 that they are just exploiting game. not any different than with madden and someone practiced a bunch of money plays that go for a TD every time. id say maybe there is too much human control. I know I wont make a lot of friends with this but often I find myself making quality pitches that get smacked out most of the time. my career average is 1.54 so im not bad at pitching. sometimes I ask myself how is he on high fastballs, perfectly placed balls and off speeds and everything. I could post pictures of balls out of the zone that I think are good pitches but if you are a PCI expert then you can just smack homers with weak hitters. cold and hot zones don't matter. I think that hitters attributes should matter more. if you got a guy with contact power below 40 then you shouldn't be getting no doubt homers. mistakes in the zone fine but I think these hit anything hitters that get homers and hits after hits should be limited to elite attributes. cold zones should matter and contact ability should matter. looking at some stats Ronald acuna jr hit 41 homers last season but also struck out 188 times. that should translate over to something similar. to all the guys with very few losses I would imagine you strike out rarely which is unrealistic. welp that's all rant over. let the roasting begin
