I can’t get on either

I’m trying to get on to DD and it won’t sign me on also last time i was on I had bought a josh Donaldson from the market and it took my stubs and didn’t give me the card so I had to buy him again and it finally gave me 1 of the 2 that I purchased and didn’t give me my stubs back
