Won’t let me login online and other issues

I’m trying to get on to DD and it won’t sign me on also last time i was on I had bought a josh Donaldson from the market and it took my stubs and didn’t give me the card so I had to buy him again and it finally gave me 1 of the 2 that I purchased and didn’t give me my stubs back

Yeah I haven't been able to log in except for long enough to play 2 conquest games. Its been a [censored] show. Saturday I completed the Nationals collection, when I logged in Sunday my collection reward was gone and like 10 players gone from the collection

Yea and I don’t know what to do about it hopefully SDS looked at these chats and do something about it hopefully

Dunno if it'll help, but I noticed if I went to the My BallPlayer area and chose the My Profile tab, it showed me as Account Offline. I ended up uninstalling/reinstalling and got back in right away. Maybe that did it, or maybe something happened during the time of download/install, but I finally got back in.

I didn’t even know servers could operate this slowly. It’s impressive, in a very sad, disappointing way.
