Someone explain this as if I am 5. I'm on Xbox one old gen and the max Hz I see in settings is 50.

The All-Star and HOF missions for mini seasons aren't worth the frustration. Just play on rookie and cruise through it.

That's what I figure I'll have to do. Does difficulty affect PXP for players? As in will Vet give more PXP or should I really just throw it on rookie?

The offline hitting is harder this year; the contact is softer and the exit velos lower. I thought with the new low stamina treshold I'd crush it, but nope.

Online seems the same as last year; I get more hard contacts than offline and I suuuuuck online.

Well good to know I'm not alone. CPU is throwing me meatballs down the middle and if it ain't a P/P swing I barely get it out of the infield. Might not even play unless they fix this.

are you using cards with low power?

Not really, my team is currently all gold but all my hitters are rocking 80-100 power.

I got comfortable on all-star last year. Very familiar with timing and pitching but I'm playing a mini season on all-star, and it feels like HOF from last year. Hitting is insanely hard for no reason if it's not a P/P it's a lineout or groundout every time. It's night and day compared to moments on the same difficulty

I only need trout, judge, cole, and a few low diamonds to complete AL. Should I buy now or wait a few days till next inning? Should prices change much from where they are now?

If there is a visual glitch with the PCI feedback? I have had numerous swings where I know for a fact I was on or close to a pitch high and inside or low and way just for the feedback to show my pci sat dead center of the zone as if a didn’t move it. I’m on the verge of buying a new controller cause it doesn’t seem to be responding to my inputs in time and the only thing I can think of is it’s a glitch

Doesn't matter. If you replace him in the lineup for a PH, he's not in the end lineup at the end of the game meaning he hasn't thrown a "complete" game.

Is that actually how the stat is recorded by MLB? Or just a quirk in this game? Seems silly for a pitcher to not get a complete game when he’s the only pitcher

Did you pitch the complete game with him or take him out after 8IP?

I pitched all 9 innings with him in first two games. never took him out except in online I pinch hit for him in top of the ninth but didn’t make it to the bottom to have to replace him on the mound

Whitey Ford mission objective: tally one compete game with a SP (minimum 8 IP)
I’ve done this 3 times twice against CPU and once online.
Mission still shows incomplete

Every single game being the exact same. Nothing but pop-outs and strikeouts until someone hits a homer. The pop-ups are way too often. Every game I have played this year ends with like 9 total hits, seven of which are homers. I'm no pro but I believe MLB players are capable of base hits. Anyone else feel the same?

I bought the last 6 of the 42 players I needed earlier this week for 30k a pop. Hadn’t been able to get on and put them in for Jackie until now and I see they’re all 15k wtf even happened 🤬

Does it ever expire? I’m almost done but just realized it may end at some point and I don’t want to do all this work to come up a couple vouchers short

Title. Just went 20 outs getting nothing but good/good and got a grand total of 2 hits that got out of the infield. Probably hit 15+ in play and one went warning track and the other a line drive straight to CF. Everything is just a weak roller to gold glove infielders even though their stats say 40 fielding. Sliders are obviously tweaked.
Don’t even bother telling me I’m trash cause I know I am.
