Does "mlb the show 23" have the characteristics of each ballpark?

For example

1. wind speed
2. wind direction
3. more distance at high altitude
4. more distance at high temperature
5. more distance at low humidity

You have to hold your analog in position in reference to where you're trying to throw the ball until you start the pitch sequence.

Hard time understanding what you are trying to accomplish. Are you wanting pinpoint to show in the first picture pitcher view? Or are you asking how to locate your pitches better?
