Seaver's off-speed stuff is better than most --- especially his slider --- and his fastball is adequate. While his curve as tons of break, it's a challenge to throw it for a strike at the very bottom of the zone --- too easy to throw it in the dirt. That' ok, because a lot of hitters will go fishing, even at a ball below the zone.

His biggest downside is his sinker --- it's flat. It doesn't sink. It's 2-3 mph slower than his fastball but that's the only difference between his sinker and 4-seamer.

You'd rather give them a free pass than make them earn it? Obviously much more applicable in real life but I hate walking people.

I will always try to get the hitter to chase bad pitches. If it is 2 outs and nobody on and i fall behind 3-1, i would rather walk the hitter rather than serve one up down the middle. Doesn't always work though, especially if your opponent has a good eye and is patient at the plate

Greinke is way better imo. Snell has a decent FB and a nasty 99 break curve, but the other two offerings aren't strong enough to go to reliably. Plus no 2nd fastball to keep hitters honest. You can still roll over some dudes with him but since you mentioned Greinke I say go with him.

That's what i done on his missions and done them all quick just saying plus I got a bad right eye and was drunk so if it worked for me.

Basically, it was a long and hard way to complete conquest. Some I remember is “Take the Marlins stronghold in 5 turns of less”. So you had to pretty much play every game, without simulating to get there and get it done. The very last mission, if I remember correctly was to beat the entire map in 12 turns or less. Involved pretty much playing every single game on allstar and above without much simulation. At the end of the turn, you absolutely had to steal fans to reinforce.
