@GoozeFn_PSN It is. But I figure out the problem I was having. If you play "Storylines" and then try to play any other game, it will keep playing the continuous music like it does in Storylines. You have to restart the game and it goes back to normal. Hopefully they fix that glitch.

@Dolenz_PSN I don't want "no" music during games. I want walkups. But it is playing nonstop from the menu music. And how do you even get to the jukebox this year?

It is terrible and I can't find a way to turn it off either. Really need this fixed because it is killing the vibe for me.

You can't actually copy media files to the PS5 the way you could with the PS4 can you? I only see options for playing music or videos from USB. If Sony does not allow media files to be copied to the PS5 then maybe SDS' hands were tied.

As for the streams and videos they are all strictly marketing and should be regarded as such. Even when they had longer live streams with chat interaction they would ignore many topics. I am not sure why people expect these shorter pre-recorded "streams" to be any better.

Funny, in 2014 the issue was the system and they told us upfront. They didn't hide the issue. And they worked a fix before the next year. If it is a system limitation that is what they should have done here in 2021. But they didn't.

So that is why we "expect" something to be addressed.They told us about the removal of Year to Year saves carrying over. That caused a backlash and now they buried the removal of SOTS from PS5.

They should have been upfront and not hiding the info. This his how they use to operate and what those of us who have been buying their game for years expect.

On all other consoles, players will have 3 slots to set the Walk Up music, 1 slot to set the Home Run celebration, and 3 slots for Pitcher Entry music. Waiting for someone from SDS to give us any kind of update on Sounds of the Show.

The studio is being very silent on this. It doesn't give us a good feeling. I'm hearing rumors only the PS4 version gets SOTS this year. If so that's another huge disappointment to those on next gen.

I don't recall it being addressed other than the new "depth charts" feature allowing you to see when a prospect might make the majors. They might have and I missed it though but I don't recall it.

I liked a lot of the changes but I have to say I'm still underwhelmed. Why? I wanted more stated and discussed.

I still want custom draft classes. And we can pretty much rule this one out of another year. Maybe it was too much to expect this year but just seems so simple.

I wanted rain outs with re-scheduled double headers. This was done back in MVP 05 so long over due.

I wanted Single A teams. Again, this was another thing done back in MVP 05 but they still can't give us that.

I wanted rotating inter-league schedule in New Years. The lack of mention of this makes me think we won't get that again. And that should have happened years ago.

Now that I've gotten my complains out of the way, there was a lot to like. I do like the changes in budgets, progression and stuff. Definitely looking forward to trying this out.

Really love the fact I can change stadiums for 30 teams. I know some teams will either move or at least finally get a new stadium in my Franchise. Really excited for this.

New menus look cool but not really what I call a "Franchise upgrade." Still look forward to trying them out and judging them once in play but seems to be a weak thing to feature as an upgrade to the mode.

March to October is who I blame for Franchise not getting more improvements. I don't like that mode. I won't play that mode. I don't know anyone who plays it but since they came up with it all I've seen it do is take resources away from Franchise. I sadly believe it is here to stay but I wish they'd not give me the feeling it is the reason Franchise isn't getting more. Maybe if Franchise was treated like Road to the Show and not being forced to share a stream with a lesser mode I wouldn't feel that way.

Now we can also hope that maybe some of what we want (rotating interleague, rain outs, etc.) are actually in but they just didn't feel they were big enough to mention in the stream. I doubt that but who knows.

Bottom line is that feed isn't really going to get those of us Franchise gamers who have felt ignored that few years to feel differently about this years game. It seems once again we got the fewest improvements and they should have figured out how to get us more.

They love to say, "we listened to the community" but they still ignore basic requests year after year. Its time to get
