It’s a [censored] shoot on whether the game will freeze when I change my squad. How has it not been fixed yet? Like , come on.

Diamond quest kinda sucks. Why would I waste my time for a chance at a card? If I wanted to do that, I’d buy packs. I’ll skip it and just buy the cards off the market. Hopefully, that mode either gets overhauled, or doesn’t come back.

I get pushing DQ, but can we get some Conquest love?

Or you’ve got overweight 1b jumping like their MJ and making grabs they wouldn’t in real games. In Showdown, I get it, they want it to be harder, but when I’m grinding on Rookie, against the lowest ranked teams, they shouldn’t be pulling web gems at least once an inning.

There’s the medium round missions. I think there are 4 current Supercharged players. You know that your opponent will dashboard when you hit a HR. No thank you.

@Teak2112_MLBTS I’d rather not feel like I wasted time for a bunch of bronze 1 player packs.

OF, no matter the speed rating, seem to have jet packs on. They get to almost everything. If they over run the ball, they can stretch their arms behind them like 10 feet. IF have springs in their shoes. No matter the fielding rating, they can all jump like they are Jordan.

Last years TA model was better than this year.

Anyone make the mistake of thinking it was free, due to the way the pack store is set up this year?

• There’s still bad animations in the game. Like the Stretch Armstrong, I’ve overrun the ball but can still reach 10 feet behind me to catch it, animation.

• The OF still have rockets on their backs.

• Is every IF a Golden Glove?

• That being said about defense, you can definitely tell we’re in the lowest level of the power creep.

• My game freezes occasionally when going to Manage Lineup.

• Can we please get the stats for the My Career or whatever it’s called moved to the bottom, or in a different tab, during the post game?

If anyone has anything else, feel free to add.

Can we please get rid of it? There’s no reason fielders with sub-50 speed should be snagging balls that should be gappers.

The amount of times I’ve watched them jump unnaturally high and twist their wrist to a bone breaking angle is mind boggling. Add that to the rockets that are applied to OF with subpar speed and the Stretch Armstrong animations they can get where a ball can be caught 15 feet behind the player because they can Slenderman their arms, it’s ridiculous.

Absolutely this. They did what everyone wanted but bringing back the power creep, but monetized more of the mode. Less cards in the program path, more in packs with a strong emphasis on the Collections. Just take a look at the TA path. Have there been any significant updates to it? Or are they just waiting for November to drop the Finest? There’s nothing between 365k and 1.4 mil. Not even a standard pack. I feel like most of the popular players (in my opinion) are either in a pack (Babe) or a collection (Jr.).

@Go4stros25_MLBTS good for you. Some people don’t have that option. You know, maybe some people splurge for one new game a year, saving up, and The Show was it. Maybe they can’t afford PS+. In your argument, they should be punished for being poorer than you. Or by not having as many options for internet provider as you.

Imagine being a newby to the series and you land on the sweeper and accept the game, not knowing it’s on legend.

I’m a casual (ish) player. I rarely play online mainly doing the single player stuff. I’ve finished the Starter program. The TA is overwhelming. I’ve gotten to Billy Williams on the Cubs path, and the rest of the path seems like a slog. If they added bobble heads it would remind me of 18. I tried Diamond Quest. Not a fan. Did every square on the map and didn’t get either player. At least with conquest, the player reward is guaranteed. If I wanted to gamble on getting a player, I’d buy packs. Which I did unknowingly, cause the store layout is borderline predatory. The gameplay is crisp, so that’s a plus. But, if I go to the manage lineup screen, the game will crash about 4/10 times.

I gave DQ another shot earlier today. My point still stands. I ended up with 7 bronze packs and none of the reward players. Lost one Showdown, and beat both Stadium challenges. In my opinion, it’s not worth the time. At least with Conquest and Mini Seasons the rewards are guaranteed.
