I completed the mission for Fernando Tatis Jr. here while back. I was using him at short as the upgraded team affinity card but now it’s not even in my inventory.
Did the game take my card away or what’s the deal?

What’s the deal with losing the connection here lately? I’ve tried to play the last couple of days and can’t even finish a game against the computer. I can somewhat understand losing a connection during online play but against the computer? Come on. Not to mention this didn’t happen just once. It’s happened 3 times just today alone.

Why is it that so many people here automatically go to the RS records to try and prove how good a player is? Buck pointed out the fact of monitors being used which is exactly why some have better records than others. I agree with his point. With RS so screwed up I don’t see how you can use that as a reference. To save you some time mine is 82-109. And yes I enjoy playing offline more than RS. With connection issues, monitors and the like why not.

I never said anything about being nice to anyone. Only comment I made was regarding monitors and RS.

That’s what I was wanting to know. I’ve been playing around with pure analog using the stick. I kept seeing the PCI ending up in different locations and was wondering how it was determined. Thanks

I’m not asking if I should use it or not. I’ve started playing some games with it and just wanted to know what determines the PCI placement.

Can anyone explain how analog swing works with the PCI? I understand you push the right stick forward but how does the PCI come into play? Or how is determined where it ends up?

You have to understand too that some of the quitting could be because of a lag they have on their end. Furthermore, the opponent could’ve had a string of bad connection games. In the end, it may have nothing to do with you or the score. Just take the win and move on. To each their own.

Ok let me make something clear here. Yes it’s just a video game and no it didn’t upset me. As I said previously, I just quit to avoid the aggravation. Hence, before I got upset. As for the game, yes even though it is a video game, that doesn’t change the fact that there’s a lack of respect.

On another note, I believe this is the perfect place to use the term “toxic” and for the record, this is the first time I’ve ever used that term.

I just played a game where there was no respect whatsoever for the game. My opponent was bunt dancing every batter, bunting almost every other batter, stealing at all points and replaying home runs. I’ve see people post about players like this but this was my first experience with them. I can see why the gripe.

The only reason (again my opinion) is that they have no respect for the game at all or for others. It is this type of bad apple that ruins the whole bunch. They are toxic. I tried to finish the game but it’s just not worth the aggravation. Be on the lookout for these apples cause they’re out there to ruin the game.

I know some people will say “no it’s not possible” but I say it is. Cheating online.

I just played an event game (can’t say the username unfortunately) where in top of the 1st I was in the field, I counted 7 (yes 7 I counted them) plays where balls where balls where hit right to my players. The infielders either bobbled a ground ball or fielded it cleanly but didn’t throw. Or they were hit to the outfielders who either bobbled the grounder or just lazily reached for it and missed. In the end there were no errors counted against me. You can’t tell me something fishy is going one.

I’ve seen it too many times in COD. So if it happens there I know it happens here. Difference is something is being done about it in COD. All just for the wins or the stats. Pretty sad.

Maybe instead of trying out new toys (new chat sites) someone should put those efforts into making a better quality connection for the servers and also a better quality connection for online play when matching opponents. Just a thought.

I wouldn’t go as far to call it cheesy. It only last for a couple of seconds anyway. Besides, he has the right to overlook the pitches that were thrown. Quick pitching makes it impossible to do without R2.

Now I’ve lost two games because it’s lost connection. I can’t even get back into the game now. Server error keeps popping up
