I’ve heard if you are able to redeem the code, go on your game and if you can’t see your stuff close out of the application and it should show up

Glad I’m not the only one, hopefully they get it figured out soon, I want my stuff

I tried to do the code again today with no luck, I hope they get this figured out because it’s quite irritating

Anyone else havjng issues on Xbox with the codes to get the Jackie Robinson edition rewards?
I’ve contacted Microsoft several times and keep getting the same run around

I have entered my code multiple times, called GameStop where I got the game from, and Microsoft. They say wait till Tuesday and try it again, which to me makes no sense if I preorder a game I should get those downloadable add one right away not have to wait 4 days to get it on the actual release date. Is this actually the case or do I need a new code?

How do I know I’ve been selected to the text test? I have the Xbox insider app installed, and it says I joined. But not sure if this means I have been selected and I’m ready to go when the beta drops? Or how does it work?

is the xbox insider app just the xbox app itself or is it separate?
