Hello @Tim_SDS_PSN, darling of my life. I see you were online but a minute ago. Can you blink twice if you can see my messages? Any sort of response would be lovely, even if it's to tell me to get bent.

@Tim_SDS_PSN as an update to this, we've attempted querying a few guys (with their permissions)

There's two issues we're facing:

1. We don't control what account their logged into on your site. So for example if a guy is logged in on PSN, and attempts to grab his game data, but his universal profile is MLBTS, and the username doesn't match, we can't grab it. Is it possible to have some sort of override similar to universal profile where we submit, for example, "psn and tom123" but his game logs appear on his connected "mlbts and tom.b.223" that they get served regardless?

2. The issue still persists on my account and any other account affected by the outage last week.

@Shauwn It's because you're not taking bad swings. The bloops come on dog water swings. Which good players rarely take. There's a ton of anamolies in very early very late bad PCI swings causing a lot of these hits. It feels like facing Luis Arraez

I assume any accounts that had that issue are going through this.

Any hotfix available for it?

Super interesting. I verified these weren't working last night. Glad whatever gremlins were running around are gone now. Thank you for the quick response!

We tried using the API and a my friend's account to find the data and it's pretty rough...

It sucks this is still a bug but if it was easy they'd have fixed it by now. It's very clearly still in beta but if you're in there trying to sweat away wins rather than just having a good time with friends, you're not looking at it through the correct window anyway.

Don't care one bit? They literally just launched it last year. All their changes helped co-op a ton. It's not perfect yet, 3v3 is way less laggy than last year, and that stuff came from the changes they made to all game modes. Be patient. It's a good mode and always people on, rarely trouble finding a game. They'll likely deploy a very progressive update next year.

Bumping to see if I can get an update. I can tell you pushed some new code today but these are still broken. Almost half of my games are completely unviewable.

@dubiouscentaur CORS error gotta be on your end man, I can call it on my computer no problem.

Are you attemping to call it directly from a frontend? Or a backend setup?

One of the issues that have plagued Game Logs on the website in the past are still occuring, and just wondering if anything can be done to fix this.

Luckily and finally! I think I have recognized some of the issues and what causes them.

How this happened:
I jumped from my living room Xbox to my bedroom Xbox to grind. Long story short, my living room Xbox is attached to my gaming monitor. I use it for competitive play. When I want to just grind, I do it on my bedroom Xbox, comfy in bed on Rookie/Veteran on my TV.

I noticed anything done on that second Xbox is causing this issue.

Other than carrying my Xbox to the bedroom, is there any way to fix this?

Appreciate your time, this game is the best launched yet and super addictive! I just want to be able to see my games after the fact.

One or more of these bugs have probably been mentioned but I want to make note of them in case they haven't been experienced.

I am on Xbox.

1. Lefty Loosey - my most recent 4 games show wins (because I won) but Mini Seasons marked them as losses, leaving me 2-5. I ALSO had to reset when you guys pushed your last fix, so this probably stems from something to do with that push or reset.

2. Ranked Co-Op - when as the runner, it does not always display all the runners and I'm supposed to be in charge of them. Happens in 3v3. Can't confirm if it does in 2v2 as well.

3. Pitching Settings - I can't access Pitching Settings from the main menu settings, they simply don't appear. I can only adjust things like what type of Pitch Trail Indicator I want from in-game, which obviously does not save. I prefer the trail, which sucks, because it's defaulted to the other one (the ball with the arrows, forget the name of it).

4. Earlier my friends played a ranked co-op game, the scoreboard said 5 runs were scored against them in the 4th, totalling to 4 runs total. Scorebug in bottom left showed they were tied 4-4. Pause menu showed they were down 5-4. When they eventually lost 6-5, game did not appear in history and box score showed the 6-5 score.

I can provide screenshots via DM for most of these as well if necessary.

Thanks for listening and I'm sure others have brought them up and you're addressing them as quick as possible, just wanted to make sure all of them HAVE been brought to light without scrolling the forum endlessly.

Hey @Pat_SDS_MLBTS - we don't want to bug but since you're onine right now, did you happen to see this one? Is there anything possible in this realm? Like either an API to game history or some player card data in the game history on the site? Or are you receiving baked data from the game server and this isn't possible?

I'm going to expect it later in the season, like how the Orioles park was. The reality is the Jays weren't even announcing the new dimensions and etc until like January despite the reno starting in October.

I have asked for this before as well a simple link in the box score to the appropriate card would suffice!
