Yeah good point, no way SDS responds to any of these first week support tickets. Sad to say I'm not touching the game again until they figure it out - really can't invest god knows how much time into Showdowns and other modes not knowing if they're even going to count.

They've been terrible. I finally just stopped playing because I put in a few hours and none of it counted toward anything after all the unexplained "server exception" errors. Waste of time, energy, money, keystrokes, etc.

You could've won the Showdown instead only to have the server issues tell you that it was counted as a loss. Nothing like pushing out new content, spending time going through it, then none of it counting because we're playing some half baked version of the game that's clearly not ready for release, let alone a full blown cross-platform launch.

I just completed the 1st Inning Showdown and as soon as I got back to the main menu screen, I received the "unhandled server exception" and was then told the final challenge would be counted as a loss.
I know SDS doesn't actually answer anyone or care to fix things, but is there any chance they'll give me the credit and vouchers that I'm owed? It's one thing to have server issues, it's another to keep rolling out new content that isn't even playable due to unresolved issues.

I need full credit and vouchers for completing the 1st Inning Showdown. You cannot be rolling out new content and then it's simply unplayable or able to be counted toward any progress.
