How is this still a thing up by 1 in the second finally made Championship series then game freezes with frank Thomas standing on the freaking plate.

I have it turned off on my ps5 but for some reason still getting cross platform games. Is there something else I'm supposed to turn off.

Took a break away from the game bc I was definitely taking it too serious and it just wasn't fun anymore.
Came back hoping to take a more relaxed approach to the game and just can't do it. This game has so much potential but the hitting just makes no since. My opponent 5 hits 4 runs he struck out 17 times. Me 10 hits struck out twice and zero runs. It's just impossible to have fun in dd

Pretty sure Trout or any of the power hitters in mlb can choke up not swing as hard and still produce a homerun. Everyone that's weak I contact swing with doesn't hit me homeruns even with perfect perfect. Watching mlb literally almost every game has this mixture a couple homeruns a few bloop hits and a couple doubles in the gap.

I'm probably in the minority but I like the variety of hits that's comes with contact swinging. The frustration for me comes in when opponents pci placement is terrible. The game bores me with it only being a homerun or line-out every at bat.

Swing late
Swing early
Completely miss the ball
Let the game hang pitches down the middle while pitching
Watch your outfield count the seams on the baseball before they throw it in.
Get thrown out at first from left field
This game is so fun

This should be a recipe to suck at the game but the players that can do all of the above are the ones I lose to

Just went back for the last 30 games my perfect perfect hit rate is 38%. Hitting has been atrocious for about 2 weeks now. Just had 2 perfect perfects with Franco and I know he's not a powerhouse but when I center 2 balls that's up in the zone and they land 40 feet short of the fence is just terrible.

Left fielder in two consecutive plays has an error I haven't had happen this year. First one pop fly just didn't lock on. Second one ground ball to the left side Yelich just ran forward and acting like he was fielding the ball when it was 10 feet to the left. Cost me two runs early in the game how convenient ended up going into extra innings and losing. Yea this game is getting old really quick

This would make sense if I was playing someone with players that have a higher contact/vison rating but this happens when it playing against teams with lower rated players

Maybe it's just me but in the first inning I'm noticing my opponent no matter who is up in the 1st pci is enormous regardless of their player rating . When I'm batting in the first mine is tiny regardless of who's batting for me even if their vision and contact is high . But my opponents next at bat with the same player pci is back to normal size.

I've dropped one this year mid game and yay I received 2 losses this game is awesome lol

Has to be true I've been playing for 4 years and I've made ws a lot and could tell by the size of the pci it had to of changed from past years

Did they change it this year to where it uses the speed for the person in the higher division instead of the lower? Just played a game I'm at 588 and opponent 7something and all of my players pci looked like the end of a ballpoint pen lol

And went from 24-9 to 24 -11 I have no clue what's going on but it's getting so annoying

When being away at a Major League Park that the pitch speeds are way faster than when you are home? I think its bc of the lag but I'm not sure. It feels like 10 mph faster no matter who the opposing pitcher is

I own a vending machine company in kentucky

While agree check swings are a huge issue the most of my check swings come while I'm the away team at a mlb Park and the lag is so awful a 92mph sinker looks 130 and my opponent throws high sinkers and high sliders the entire game.
