I'm down to Degrom and some random common on the Nationals in order to get Mantle. The common is going for 1k and they are already 160+ buy orders for the card. Since you can't bid over 1k on commons, is there any other way to get the card besides getting lucky in packs?

Yes, you have never been able to get TA points from moments (moments came out last year).

Think on it. Average swing rate is around 46% ( real baseball) last few years. Now using zone, how often are you swinging at pitches ? How many pitches in the strike zone are you swinging at? I would guess zone hitters swing at around 75% or higher of strike pitches.

I think that’s why people get mad at directional batters. Directional wait for THEIR PITCH to capitalize. They lay off pitches meant to induce poor results and they wait for the mistake pitch ( either by user input or the rng )

what bout the fact that most pitchers are throwing way more strikes in the strike zone than in real life? No pitcher in real life consistently pounds the zone against Trout, the best in the game right now, yet people still pound the zone to guys like Mantle and Sheffield besides occasional offspeed. It goes both ways.

Diamond Dynasty at its core is supposed to be an online game mode, go play RTTS or Franchise if you are that frustrated

Ohtani in particular is a pain in the [censored], but if you are patient he (and all the other bosses) hang their pitches, so I usually still play them through.

Partners complain all the time in their videos, but I don't think anyone's just straight up "issued a statement."

I feel like I am on the higher side, but I get a manual diving play in the infield about every other game online. Never in the outfield though.

Like the other comments, it's almost always been noon PT, but I wouldn't expect a stream given the current situation and they are working from home.

I doubt it, I think it's just a card they threw at us as a joke. But I could be wrong though.
