I am not sure if anyone from SDS will even read this and for anyone that wants to troll, please do so, but I just wonder if anyone who works for this company realizes that the PSN IDs are real human beings behind those IDs.
In the past few days we have had numerous posts about being banned for something that is not common for any game and have expressed our frustrations and submitted tickets and nothing has come of it. I can see if someone just absolutely cheated or stole from the company and they wish to ignore this person, but for the most part we who have suffered this suspension are a minority. They do not have any customer service support and the only way to reach someone is to submit a ticket. When you offer services and product, like stubs, you should have a support team that is willing to listen and speak with you be it via phone, chat or email. I am venting on a public forum and most will just see my user id and move along. I hope a real human with real feelings will read this with SDS and help out the select few. My user is ram08210 and the ID is my initial, hello all my name is Richard BTW and the zip code where I live. I was born and raised in Tampa, FL and moved to south Jersey a little over 5 years ago. I am a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Rays and Atlanta Braves. Before the Rays existed in 1998 we had the luxury to watch Braves games on WTOG 44.
So as you can see SDS I am human and a 45 year old man wanting to enjoy the game I spent money on to play. In conclusion, I ran a history of my game log and all games are played by me vs CPU except for one game by someone who I have no clue on how this is on my game log. Also, this person played the CPU and lost on rookie 1-0.
