I have the LS completed. I completed the Vlad collection the day before the content drop; thinking they would drop a Core Collection and the Legend/BB cards would jump in price. They did not.

Anyway, I had 144K in stubs and bought one.

I QS everything and ended up at 189K.

Even if you have the Vlad collection completed; you're guaranteed four more (2 Legend and 2 BB) cards from the pack. If you QS them; you get back 32K.

So it's like printing stubs.

Same for Adley... they likely have a Finest coming in Season 3 and the Awards Adley. They didn't want another 99 in-between.

Looking closer at Helsley it does look like he got screwed in one category

K/9

In March/April his K/9 was 10.7 which is good but not great for a closer In May his K/9 was 6.0 which is awful for a closer

They deducted 16 points from from his K/9 in the first three updates because of those numbers.

In June his K/9 was back up 14.7 which is very good but they did not raise his rating back up at all.

Why is that? He probably should have stayed he same with his increased walks offsetting his increased K rate. But since they ignored his K rate he got a -3 overall.

Thanks for the breakdown on Helsley. On the surface -3 seemed outrageous given the circumstances. Still seems harsh IMO but can understand it with the weighted attribute categories.

No problem, I actually enjoy sometimes diving into the numbers. A lot of more casual players just look at things like ERA, Wins, Saves, Batting Average and forget that there is no in game attributes that directly correspond with those numbers.

So sometimes when people complain I will look at the update on the website to see what attributes were actually changed and then check the stats for the last few weeks to see if they correspond.

This year's all Switch Hitter team is amazing. Last year I tried to do it and there were holes. So many good cards to fill this roster.

To my shock, I got the rare round. I took Alvarez.

The final roster update has already happened, the one on the 10th is only playoff teams.
With no chance of upgrades,it does make sense to sell off from non playoff teams.

Those are the players that will get affected but it is called a roster update. These days a large portion of teams are in the playoffs.

You keep flipping until you've turned that 5M into 30 and buy everything.

Not a bad idea, i only need 7 million and then i can aford every player left, i'm at 1.5 mill now so it would just be a matter of not getting tempted to buy any new players SDS releases lol

I'm at ten million and have completed all minimum requirements to unlock the three players per set. Yet I don't see any card on the market that I just want to spend on. I already have Elly and Trout.

Yeah, you bury the stubs by putting low bids on high priced cards that won’t go through. Like have 15 buy orders for Elly at 300K. whenever you dip below your 5M threshold you can cancel some orders and replenish.

I just put buy orders each set on one of the 90 cards. Then sell for a ton when next set comes in.

I thought it was a bug too when it first dropped cause there was no week 3 PXP mission. Held off from doing it, pulled it up last night and saw there still wasn't the PXP Mission. It was kind of nice not having to do those PXP Missions. Liked to see more of that in the future...Maybe 1 week out of month not have to do them.
