How often does this happen to you guys. I can get screwed on perfect goods all game and it never fails in the 9th some troll who’s spamming the pitching clock comes back in the 9th with dinks up the middle or little plops in the gap then that follows with my defense making comical errors that suddenly can’t field the ball. It happens too much for it not to be implemented in the game somehow. I can tell by my errors at the beginning of the game that unless I’m up by 4-5 in the 9th the same process above is going to happen. The game gives it away when your defense just can’t field the ball. Obviously sometimes this goes in my favor when it’s the other way around but I just came out of a 9th inning that was comical. 3 defensive errors in a row that should have been basic groundouts. At one point the ball hit my glove then flew way up in the air on my dive and all runners progressed as my outfielder wouldn’t move to it. Just want some others opinions

Yep I have 1.7 million as well with nothing to use. I’ll say I just played someone with the bullpen boost and that bullpen absolutely sliced me up. Some of the pitches he was throwing I couldn’t get to. And he just kept changing the pitcher every inning. It was very tough to play against and I’m an 850 player. Barely managed to win

Do the servers just go to trash end of year ? I played ranked this morning. First round opponent quit in 2nd or 3rd. I received nothing for it. It claimed he was a 0 ranking. He was fairly good and I typically sit around 850 or so.
Second round I get dinked up the middle multiple times while Verlander is spinning like a ballerina trying to stop the ball. Then opponent hits into what should have been a double play but nobody randomly is covering second so Bobby Witt just freezes and stands there. Several seconds go by and suddenly after the play Bobby does an over exaggerated underhand toss that hits the moon to Marcus ? My opponent proceeds to dink then hit a grand slam. I just quit at that point because the games already in my head. My question is… what causes this ? Thanks

What I don’t like is his control stats say 99 but I’m not seeing that in the game at all

What constitutes whether the game grants a hit or not ? This game is quite off considering late and early swings are rewarded. I just played an entire 9 innings almost shutout 0-19 on goodsWhen the ball is squared up multiple times as good as it can be with good timing what constants a perfect or just “good” ? I’m a 850 player and can’t seem to get an understanding on this years iteration of the game.
Countless losses come from players who get those dink hits. Is this input delay? Is it internet speeds ? What causes this to happen ? Truly curious as it didn’t seem as much as an issue prior years

Wtf is wrong with this game I’m a 800-900 player yearly and I just played multiple burnt dancers on BR that literally could dink everything for a hit just loading the bases and getting a single and moving runners each time. Bunt dance with a late swing that consistently resulted in dinks over third and first or grounders soft hit down the line. Not usually the issue but it was the case 3 out of 5 of my matches this morning. And I couldn’t pitch against it. For some reason the bunt dancing feels like it throws me off. And the dink late and early [censored] needs to get fixed asap that’s a joke. No point in putting time in this game when [censored] like that happens. I’m not even certain these were actual players or bots

Even BR now is tough to find matches

Takes me multiple tries and I’m in the south. Shouldn’t be having this issues. Sometimes I give up for an hour and come back

Moments and showdown aren’t worth it. Showdown I hit into 5 perfect perfect double plays. Defense was way too good regardless of how I mounted up the ball. I also got put into my first triple play. Computer advancement of the runners. The moments your batting with actual teams that have 0 stats in some situations So perfect perfect hits are generally pop ups. It’s miserable. Not worth it

I guess I’ve just had some odd luck then and gotten nothing but the 5 pack repeatedly. Too funny.

The reward that you get is NOT correct. There are several of us who have only gotten 5 packs consistently over and over and over again nothing else.

Then what’s the point of unlocking the wild card slots right now? That’s where I’m confused

Everytime it says I get a chace pack and it’s just giving nothing but 5 packs. I’ve heard this is happening to other wanted to confirm it’s everyone.

I’m confused this season. I was playing last week with all 4 of my wild card slots on ranked before even unlocking the wild card slots in collections. Is this a known glitch or something ?

I got sick then left for work. Was out about two and a half weeks starting day before season 3 started. Came back. Played the game for a couple hours and just realized how bored I am of the game. I use to be able to play hours a day and am competitive ranked 8-900 player. I’m bored of this game plain and simple. And it feels sluggish and the content I just got done looking at ?!??? Wtf is even going on I’m done I think. Sucks but the game sucks. What is this out of position [censored]. What is this lovers program? Wtf is all of this ?

I’m at a loss. Does anyone have any opinions on captains boost doing the opposite and decreasing exit velo ? Im finishing games 5-20 on goods and 6-22. Literally squaring the PCI perfect with 99 players and I’m dying at the track. Someone look at my stats if you don’t mind to validate. I was out for a while so unsure if they changed something but I’m losing to guys that get 5 hits all game with 10-15 strikeouts yet 4 of them are late and early homers where I’m squaring up to the track. I’m at the point I feel it might be best as comical as it sounds to TRY and attempt late and early swings. Or does captain boost screw you ? Any help would be appreciated.

Controllers can make all the difference with this game. I used to use an elite series 2. Got a third party controller and noticed significantly better pci movement even over reverting the firmware.
