    Sorry for the comment nothing to do with the thread, however I am so curious about what threads do you guys reply in person and what you don't. I'm just asking, cuz I thought you guys never reply to threads even with big issues on it. I've got ignored several times.

    I was looking for these socks and finally arrived here. So, does that mean there is no way to get it at the moment? If it is what it is, so sad for me doing the late collections.

    Fine, it is reasonable that SDS should care more about the upcoming MLBTS 24, I get it.

    Still, 24 haven't been launched yet, and it is sure that 23 is still on track for a bunch of users. It is still the era for the 23, since it is the latest series on the market.

    What I want to say is, SOMEONE FROM SDS SHOULD BE RESPONDING TO TICKETS.
    I am still with the 23. And the most essential feature is not working(unable to access Manage Squad section - which makes 9 out of 11 DD single&online modes unable). It blocks everything.
    About the issue, I posted a thread before at the DD section.

    Since it is a critical issue, there should be an appopreate respond and fix. However, the truth is, SDS started to ignore the requests from the users suffering from the exact issue, by some means.

    Are you guys hiding something behind? Or, are you guys embarrassed by the fact that you don't even have enough ability to find out what's wrong?

    If not, what kind of customer service on the planet literally IGNORES the requst from their clients? Never heard or seen one.

    As I mentioned above, I get it that you guys already consider the game is dead. But as a customer, I don't have to care. I have the rights to get treated enough. I paid for the game and additional stubs. I invested bunch of time. Can't believe that all I harvest from is this.

    ANSWER THE REQUESTS & FIX THE ISSUE!!!

    Feel sorry for you suffering from same issue.
    Thing that mostly make myself fury is that they started to ignore the issue at some point, as you mentioned. WHY IS SDS JUST IGNORING US? I am even starting to think whether there's something they are hiding behind.
    By the way, let's keep finding ways together. Thanks for the reply. I am sending tickets every single day. I suggest you to join.

    If any of you guys from SDS gets to notice this thread, please drop down some comments here. How long should I wait for more? I am not even sure that my tickets are actually reaching appropriate guy rather than a auto-bot. I know that few developers and employees are monitoring this forum.

    Thanks for the reply, still everything's there after the try.

    Not only the methods, I am also trying contacting SDS via ticket reports every single day, still there aren't any useful responds without the automatic replys. Running out of patience. It's lasting for months.

    Same thought here. I was looking for any statement says about the minimum rating for the pitchers, but there weren't any. Still, the system seems to lock the eligiblity to 60~64. Also in the marketplace or inventory, if you toggle the Event eligable filter, it only shows 60~64 pitchers. Weird.

    Right after I checked out your comment, I immidately tried to start a Mini-Season - sadly still it fails.

    As far as I know, Mini Season mode also requires the main squad system. The error sign says that I have less than 10 pitchers in the squad - which is ridiculous cuz I never ran the squad with inefficient number of players (=one of the reasons that I think it is a issue of data corruption) - and it could be assumed that the mode has something to do with the main squad thing.

    In addition, it says on the discription of Mini Seasons that I will get to play against Real Life User DD Rosters. Even though I might have to form a new squad and lineup, they still require the DD roster in essential because of that.

    By the way, thanks for the idea. I was excited for a moment expecting to play the new mode.

    Neither the access to the squad via the app and ranked mode doesn't work.

    To make it simple, everything that requires an access to my DD squad is not able to run. That is why Ranked is not able to play, while Season Event is still available(since it is runned by an independent squad).

    Only factor I can come up with is a data corruption on my squad data.
    If then, SDS is the only one who can fix the error, who does not answer to my ticket.

    Thanks for the ideas. Thought those were good ideas and I just gave it a try, but unfortunately neither of em worked. So sad. Still appreciate the help guys.

    I have the same thought which would be a crash on my squad data - unfortunately I cannot access to the roster section via the app either. Rest of the functions are working, only the squad tab shows a gray screen. This case, only way would be the SDS fixing the data, still seems they don't care.

    I am just pulling this up again. The issue still exists and they are not responding to the e-mail ticket. What could I do any further? The only mode I can play with is the Season Event mode - and I assume I am the only one with 500+ event games played at the moment. I don't want to play this mode anymore. Give me the freedom to access my freaking roster!!!

    I already tried it, and after two automatical and useless response, the guy who first responded named Miguel just vanished and never got a message back again.

    As mentioned above, it didn't help. The issue is lasting more than a month and the game has been restarted at least 50 times. It must be something to do with the data online, not my local error.

    Not able to access the <Manage Squad> menu.

    Okay, for the last month, I went through almost every single post and thread exsisting on the internet mentioning about the same (or simillar) issue.

    None of them helped. I want to know if there is someone suffering from the same issue.

    The error message pops up saying “The Show Online: An unhandled server exception occured.”

    Not able to enter the <Manage Squad> section, and all the things to do with the roster - such as adding a player or removing one from the lineup - is now completely locked.

    1. It is unable to play all modes requiring a eligable DD roster - such as Ranked, Mini Seasons, Conquest, vs. CPU, etc. While the reason is unknown, the current squad roster is considered ineligable to participate such modes.

    1-1. The only exception is the Online Season Event, which uses a whole new squad system, runs independently from the main roster.

    1. At the same time, it is unable to access via the app nor the website. Everything else on the app works well, only the squad section shows gray screen.

    2. Also, adding a new player card (just after opening a pack) to the rotation or lineup immedately using the quick menu occurs the same error.

    3. Things such as re-booting the system and the router, reinstalling the program didn't work at all.

    4. Plus, I already paid for the Playstation Plus, which means I should be able to play all Online modes. I am mentioning it to make sure it is not an issue with the subscription payment thing.

    I highly assume it is a crash issue on the main server. The issue seems to do with the online server itself, not with my local network that I am using. "Only" the Squad section on the The Show PC website (and also same via the App) is not able to access. Online matches via the Season Event mode works well, which is the only mode I can play in DD.

    It has been a huge inconvenience throughout the whole month, not being able to form an eligable roster to finish the time-limited tasks such as the WBC Program.

    1. Already tried sending tickets, just got TWO useless solutions by a guy named Miguel which seems to be responded automatically. After that, the Miguel guy is gone forever.

    I am even not sure Miguel is a real person. Is there really someone existing handling this issue? I mean, REAL someone, whom I can actully interact with.

    I believe it's not an issue for only myself. There seems to be a lot suffering from this issue. If you are there, please let me know. And by any chances, if you got a soluton to get rid of this, I beg you to share it for me and us.

    Same here. In my case, it also doesn't work on the in-game PS console. Did you find out anything (or get fixed) about the issue?

    Hi, I am suffering from the exact same issue and SDS is not answering to my ticket anymore after two useless response which seems to be sent automaticly. Did you get any fixes from them? Mine lasts for more than a month and never seems to be fixed if I don't try something new. Still, just can't come up with one.
