Unhandled server exception…

What is this???? My son’s game has been locked for a week with zero help from anyone. Nothing I’ve done can fix it.
I’ve uninstalled, I’ve removed game saved data from console, I’ve opened NAT type, I’ve hard reset the console and cleared the cache, I’ve signed out of accounts and so on.
My kid has spent time on this game and I feel bad for him. What else can I do to get this fixed???

They can't help you here. You have to put in a ticket.

Some of these questions may sound mundane or stupid, but they may help work through what may be wrong.
- Have you tried switching to Wi-Fi or wired (whatever you're not using now)?
a. If wired, have you tried disconnecting the Ethernet cable and reconnecting it?
b. Have you reset your router? - Is this for 23 or an earlier version of the game?
- Is it a physical disc or a download?
a. Is a GamePass version? - Are you having issues with any other games on your console?
@X-FREEZE-OFF-X is 100% correct. The best way to take care of your problem is to submit a ticket, but the above questions may spur some action that may help.

I had this happen last year, my console is in my bedroom with a monitor towards the back of my house with the the router at the front of the house by the TV. Wi-Fi always worked fine until then and I plugged the console directly into the router out of purely trying something new and it cleared up . I don’t understand why this was the solution but that’s what I did

Hi, I am suffering from the exact same issue and SDS is not answering to my ticket anymore after two useless response which seems to be sent automaticly. Did you get any fixes from them? Mine lasts for more than a month and never seems to be fixed if I don't try something new. Still, just can't come up with one.
