@Nickc22_MLBTS theme teams were a big hit last year. Idk why they don’t utilize that and give the people more of it.

I think I’ve managed 2 of 5……I think. Was within 10k xp of two but I had to work.

@GoozeFn_PSN exactly! The game is meant for me to enjoy and have fun. If I’m not having fun and enjoying the opponent I’m matched up with, I quit that game and try again.

Seems like he’s had a pipeline card for like the last five years.

I mean idk how they look themselves in the mirror? Wasn’t Beltran a collection reward last year? This is just awful!

@Dolenz_PSN 100%!!! Thank you for saying that! Me too!! I was sooooo looking forward this card or maybe an ‘82 Post Season McGee (2 homer game in Milwaukee and robbed a HR). Sucks that it’s so expensive.

I didn’t take advantage of the glitch. Thought about it, but that would’ve meant getting off my couch and I was very comfy watching a movie that night. Honestly I really didn’t have an issue with anyone that used it. It had no effect on me whatsoever.

I’m late to the party on this as I’m sure this was already talked about. How could his clutch on the derby card only be 100 when he hit like 4 in a row on his last ball. That’s the epitome of clutch.

Not surprised at this. I’ve spent very little time on the game this year. It’s pretty brutal.

I had similar problems several years back. I also bought the Nighthawk and that fixed the problem.

@AppleLemon560_MLBTS I mean like program cards. They don’t often put the best cards in programs or in TA. They want you to pay for them. Yes you’re correct, every player has the ability to do collections without spending money. Not many have the time.

@rubicante23_PSN I hear what you’re saying. You want more of an honest challenge and I’m understanding of that. Wouldn’t that be a good reason to play CPU on legend then? I’ve been playing this game since 2014. I remember what the old grind used to be like. If you played on rookie or veteran the cpu would give you meatballs down the pipe and you could get through the innings and stat grind much quicker than you can now. Those days are long gone. I’m not a fan of the cpu dotting the corners with breaking balls and other off speed pitches when I’m trying to grind for cards. The best cards can not be had through a grind anyway. It is what it is. I’m not really complaining like the others, just offering a different viewpoint.

I take that back, here’s a complaint. I am definitely sick of obnoxious number of double plays and the perfect/perfect line outs right at corner infielders. It happens a dozen times a day. That’s baseball they say lol

@Teak2112_MLBTS McGreevy threw 6 no hit innings last Saturday. Fried threw 8 shutout innings a couple nights ago.

They’ve been screwing up speed and defense and arm strength for years. Until there is a viable competitor, they will do whatever they want.

I’ve completed everything and it won’t let me have the last pack. What am I missing?

@The412Smoke_XBL I have hit into more double plays in the last three weeks than the last three years. I have also hit more hard line outs this year than the last two combined. You’re not alone.

Max Fried will probly get one after going 7 scoreless and only 3 hits tonight. Brendan Donovan should get a Topps Now he’s hit safely in every game. Hopefully McGreevy gets a Topps Now. The Topps Now recipients all get screwed in April/May due to the power creep.
