Everytime I try to start a match, 2v2 or 3v3, it ends up not starting because the opponent leaves the match. This happens every time though

Should be live in about 30 mins

The new live series gold wander franco is going for basically 5K. Should I keep or sell?

I'm an xbox player and never even knew what R2'ing was since I don't know what button that corresponds to. after seeing this thread i realize I do it all the time since it sounds like RT on xbox to check where the previous pitches went. oh well. its not like im doing it to be purposely annoying.. its just a feature in the game so i use it .

I use it to, and more times than not, the hitters use it normally and doesn't really do much bad. However, there's others that base their entire game around doing just that so that they can get you to throw a bad pitch by messing up the pin point mechanic thing and it is super annoying because you only have 2 choices. 1. spend the entire game waiting like 10 seconds per pitch which is just so tedious, or 2. take the risk and throw them a meat ball they can hit

If you need to check the pitch location with R2 every single pitch 3 times, then you have some big issues you might want to get checked out.

I mean, why does it affect the pitching animation. Like when you're using pin-point and they press R2 and release it, it messes up the entire pitch. I understand the batter to see the pitches, but it shouldn't do that to the pitching meter thing. I just played a player that quite literally relied on doing this 3 times every pitch of every at bat.

Honestly if you're on here complaining about this it means you have no patience and can't wait the 10 seconds to throw another pitch.

How could you be okay with a feature that breaks the mechanics of the other player? If you need time, I'd be fine with a check swing or something of the sort. I don't quick pitch, but I don't take forever to throw every single pitch. I'm fine with using this if someone if pitching super quick and abusing that, but I've faced 2 players not who used this as a way to get an advantage every single pitch of every single at bat, every single inning.

....how about just wait until the button icon goes away? if your quick pitching me.... im pressing it for a couple seconds. There is an icon telling you when they are off the button... slow down 1 second and pitch when its gone.

They can do it 3 times per pitch...the icon shows and then they release and when you go pitch they do it again. Imagine having to do that every pitch of every at bat for the entire game. It is a cheap way of glitching the other player so you can get cheap hits. It's stupid and you cannot convince me otherwise. If there was a button that I could delay the batter or glitch their swing, I'm sure everyone would be bitching.

Back in 17 they still allowed practice swings online. Imagine how annoying that was.

I remember, but at least that would just delay the at bat, not mess up with the player pitching mechanics.

I'm so tired of all these f'ing hitters pressing R2 just so that it glitches the pitching animation and you end up throwing a [censored] pitch. Why the F is that even a thing?

Dude stop. "People who don't know how to pitch probably like it" lmao. The game forced pitches with good input down the middle in 18, 19 and 20. The guys who liked that were the scrubs who can't hit pitches on the black and have to wait for those cookies down the middle to be somewhat successful. I'm not gonna make assumptions which category your or OP fit, but take a good long look on the mirror and decide for yourself.

Do yourself a favour and just look up his games played then hit block. I rarely block anyone, I think I have 3, if you have 4 games players and 40 posts about gameplay per day you make the cut.

Man Im 40-18 In RS ... i use pinpoint too and its way overpowered.... its not baseball .. nobody in history has that level of command

Bro, use pitchers that doesn't have such high control and you'll see how much different it is. If you're pitching Degrom, Scherzer and pitchers like that you'll see good players hitting their spots almost all the time, but very often will miss their spit as well. If you can't be patient and wait for your pitch them i dont know what to tell you. Use 85 Kimbrel in Ranked seasons and you'll see that you can't land a pitch where you want even with perfect pitching.

Bro, I have them both on my team. Every roster update I watch at least one of my players get nerfed. It's so sad. Story, nerfed, Bregman, nerfed, Bieber, nerfed, Devin Williams, nerfed, Arenado, nerfed a couple times. RIP my squad

This roster update was so weird, but whatever, what hurt me was my boy Yelich getting nerfed. FML.

I'm not sure at what time they do roster updates this year and was hoping I could cash in on some players before I have to leave home for a few days.

If you don't care much about getting the Byron Buxton POTM Card then do the moment and get the topps now players and sell them. They go for like 15K each diamond and some golds go for over 10K. I did that and completed about 18 collections. Of course I did get stubbs from other stuff like the 1st inning program and stuff. I am also a NMS player so just play a little and do moments, programs and maybe the big conquest map.
