i usually don't have much luck in recent years, but saved coins bought a 50 pack and pulled 6 diamonds. One being Ohtani.

I had similar issues. What I did wrong is when linking it asks what game save you want to use. You have to choose the one you started first playing on to bring that team and information forward. Scared me at first as I thought I lost all my progress to date. Unlink and make sure to choose the account with the progress you want to use. It worked for me.

Thought I could take benefit of buying digital deluxe on two different systems to get benefits from both. Looks like you can only get them from one as linking accounts doesn't let you use them from second purchase.
