I just got back in on the website, I have not yet tried the app!

This type of speculation would stop if SDS would just say something. No way I got banned for flipping because I dont flip.

Is it a PS versus Xbox? I have PS and still cannot access it on website or app.

I know the app is out but Im having trouble connecting to 26 through the website (chrome browser). It says "access restricted". I can access 25 just fine. Suggestions?

That game put RBI baseball to shame. I still have my orginal Baseball Stars from Christmas of 89 and play from time to time on my old NES. Still plays great (with minimal blowing), no crashes. Only issue is that it wont save rosters anymore. My favorite is still MVP baseball (2002?), I think Manny was on the cover. Another classic was the orginal Front Page Sports baseball early 90s for computers only. For sim it was Baseball Mogul. Amazing what video game competition did for the industry.

To me the top 3 are comparable with last year's big 3. Albert looks better than Hodges with his position flexibility. Clemens is probably better than Felix, but he will still be great. I like the Tulo card but Beltran was on another level. He was still on my endgame squad. Im worried about Tulo just because SS is loaded this year and he can only play Ss. For the others, Campennella is better that Simmons imo. Manny rakes. Figgins can find a spot on any squad. So with mods I don't see a huge drop off between this year and last, but missing a 5 tool switch hitter is a glaring hole.

Will they keep going up for the foreseeable future? I remember last year Ohtani, Judge and Witt kept going up until after all-star break. I have AL west done but just pulled Ohtani so might go for NL instead of AL Central and AL East. Just trying to be smart with my stubs. Thanks for any insight.

I think it depends what your starting lineup looks like. I don't carry platoon bats right now because I have a solid mix or lefty, right and switch hitter in my starting lineup. My bench is mostly speed with position flexibility. With that I also look for strong defense for my OF. Soto gets subbed out in left at the end of every game for me. Raleigh is my one question mark. I have had Pudge on the bench for defense replacement but caring an extra catcher limits you. Not many guys have secondary catcher. Mauer can play 1st and C but he is not great defensively and is slow.

1. Utility guy who can play anywhere- Figgins if you can do the set. WBC Castro is also amazing. Both switch hitters. I like them both as starters but right now both are on the bench.
2. Base running/ Defensive OF- PCA, Max Clark, Corbin Carroll, etc.
3. Covering whatever position you are lacking- 1st base is my weakest position so guys like Mauer or Bellinger help me there and they can serve in other roles too.
4. Total flex position- (backup catcher or platoon bat, or just another fast guy) this spot rotates for me but it usually is a decent switch hitter bat (Berkman) or someone with a swing i like. When in doubt just go with Elly De La Cruz.

@GoldenGamingKM_PSN yeah I tried that before I even made the op. Still does not work. Amazing this issue is not SDS. I guess we are just used to them being the ones who screw it up.

My goal is to always do the live series collection. The earlier the better. If you can knock out a whole division to get that reward it it worth it. I actaully bought Cal to do the Mariners becaue I wanted Beltre and I just kept going with that division. Figgins has been solid for me and will be on my team for the next couple months even as a bench guy. If I remember from last year those top guys increased in price once the MLB season started and inside edge kicked in. Bottom line is play however you want to play. There is no right way.

The best thing about TA was that it guaranteed every team got cards. Without it I'm not sure there will be many viable theme teams. Im not a theme team guy but I do love the fact that it forced me to try certain cards and mix up my team.

If you like both just keep them. I bought Raliegh yesterday. Do I think he will drop? More than likely. Is he the best catcher not locked behind a million stub collection? Imo yes. I locked in Cal and completed Ms. 91 Beltre is the collection reward. So that is another starter locked in. I also bought Soto yesterday and will not do mets collection for a ling time but Soto is always great for me and I wanted to play with him now to work on parallels. Another consideration, many would say if your doing the LS collection, knock out the most expensive players first and save cheap collections for last.

@icebergslim7669_PSN Good point. I also feel like they round 1b way to far. Its like three or four extra steps.

@MrNintendo_MLBTS Thank you. Twins was the first LS I did. Big fan of Buxton and Mauer. Just trying to plan out my next LS sets to attack and CF and SS are filling up fast.

Does this still work like last year? CF can play corner OF? Corner OF can play the other Corner OF but not CF? 3b can be 1b? SS can play essentailly everywhere?

I pulled LS Corbin Carroll yesterday morning. Then my now and latter packs came through with a LS Acuna!

Perhaps the dumbest thing ever. If you are going to require us to do this anytime we buy or sell something on the auction house from a webbrowser, make sure it works. Atleast use pictures that have some quality instead of just using google maps pics from 3rd world countries.

It was one of the best things when moving to next gen. I really liked it when people would recreate old time stadiums that SDS has not done. I created a couple of college stadiums in previous years. It would be nice if SDS actually listened to what their community wants.

Ok so I totally remembering botching the market at the beggining of last year. Will 90+ overall LS cards be the only ones continuing to go up in price as the season progresses? What about 88's and 89's for LS? Will they spike when the game releases for everyone else? Any advice or speculation would be great. Thanks.
