I agree with you wish we had more coop changes… got the pxp but no stats on the cards seems really strange. Almost like a bug or something!

Playing with friends we are getting some pxp in coop. But the cards are showing no stats… is this as it was intended to work? Seems strange to have a Parallel 2-5 card with no stats!

@sheyworth you are wrong! This is the third year they have had coop in the game. With very little changes to it. I think 3 years is a long enough wait to expect some sort of changes that make it usable.

They think no one plays it so they don’t need to fix it. The sad thing is, no one plays it because it’s broken!!!! “If you build it they will come” SDS, please build a better coop that counts stats and works! If you do, I promise you it will be one of the most popular modes!

It’s so nice to see that Im not the only one that feels this way! Coop is by far the coolest thing they have ever added! I just don’t understand why it doesn’t get any love. It would keep the game fresh and keep me wanting to play it. My brothers and I played a bit of it last year near the end of the year when you don’t really care about stats or pxp, well I’ll be honest I always care about stats but anyways. It was the most fun I have ever had in the show so much fun! As it is with all the exact same modes I’m honestly already getting bored. Yeah… they added storylines but come on they take maybe and hour to finish it’s basically just moments and some cool videos. what are we gonna do the rest of the year? Stop doing storylines and focus on the best thing you have Co-op!!!!!!

I couldn’t agree more. I feel they really needed to change the online modes or add a new one. They missed a huge opportunity with not fixing co-op! No pxp or even bigger for me no stats? Really why no stats in co-op? Makes no sense…

Sounds silly but change your uniforms and it will work

New online mode ideas:

1. Coop BR! how fun would it be to play BR with a friend or 2? See how far you guys can make it together?
2. Pack Squads! It's simple: you open a 20 pack bundle and have to field your team with just those players. You could make it a mini BR run to see how far you could make it or you just play the 1 game and do pack openings again.
3. A new competitive mode i would call it “Dynasty mode” no pun intended. This mode would entail starting with a specific Budget. Let's say it's 50 million for example, well each card in the game is given a salary specific to that card based on not only attributes but also quirks and popularity. For example a player like Ryan Ludwick might have a really good card but his popularity for example wouldn't match the likes of Mike Trout or Griffey and even if they have similar attributes he wouldn't demand the same salary.

So you have your team put together whether you went with a top heavy approach or more even approach it doesn't matter, as long as you are under that 50 million. This is where it get interesting... You play your game and the winner will have their budget increase and the loser will decrease in budget depending on the rank(budget) of who you are playing. It would work alot like what rank does now but with this added level of team building. After every game you will be going in and seeing what new card you can now afford or in the case of a loss, what card you have to cut for a bit. Also with this I would lose the entire changing of difficulty they have and keep it consistent… That is one of my biggest complaints about the game now. I'm good enough to make it to world series every season but hate playing on legend so I find myself just not playing ranked after I make it. You could add so much to this mode like having injuries and even having specific stats and rewards per team. For example your MVP for the season who your best player was for that season. I personally think its kinda dumb that the stats don't show how well your player is hitting for that specific season... the stats should show season stats and career stats.

Why are stats and pxp not counting in coop? Is this the intention for coop? I don’t see myself playing it if this is the case… I am having a good time with it but when I hit 3 Hrs with Sammy Sosa in one game and it doesn’t count? Not very fun!!!

Played a coop game and no stats counted and didn’t receive any pxp. Not even the captain of the team? Clearly a glitch?
