What version of the app are you using? This issue affected v4.0.1 and should have been addressed in v4.0.2. The usability of the system keyboard was tested on the smallest screen currently on the market (iPhone SE). Can you provide the manufacturer and model of your device?

Face Scan is working correctly on all platform. The last test was performed on May 1st.

every once in a while the Face Scan feature will be "closed" for a brief period to allow updates and maintenance.
Some accounts will not be able to utilize the feature due to legal constraints.
