we are still working on this issue! In about 90% of the cases, we observed simply signing out and into the app will trigger the necessary refresh of data to remove the warning.
But, If that does not work for you it does not make sense to continue trying, it could be an issue related to the inventory which is being debugged.
Please let us know (if you haven't already) which platform is affected!

all information is missing in this post. We need to know device make/model, OS system to start. What 24 logo are you talking about? The last one in the navigation menu?
You could also use imgur.com or another free media sharing service to share captures of your attempt.

At the moment, we suspect this could be a hardware incompatibility with the post-processing library.

I did a comprehensive run of tests and this is what I found: my orders would not show up in the Companion App if the "DD Tutorial" message was showing.
Once I completed my DD tutorial in game, and the Companion App picked up on that change (we are working on improving that) my orders became visible!
