thank you for bringing this to our attention! We are looking into this intermittent issue. The majority of scans are being successfully processed, both for iOS and Android, but some are having issues.

This used to get cleared completing the Diamond Dynasty tutorial, but it's now based on acquiring the first card of the Starter Program. This can be earned through completing Starter Moments or tallying some really attainable gameplay goals in any Diamond Dynasty mode.
We will be updating the screen with an improved message soon!

unfortunately we do not have a mobile device similar to the one you reported that we can test and debug. It is possible the Face Scan feature is exhausting the memory trying to load the library we use to process, or the permissions to access the camera are generating the error. At the moment, we don't have a viable solution to this problem!

if the button is crossed off and access is not granted, it's possible that your account is not eligible for the feature.

we are still working on this issue! In about 90% of the cases, we observed simply signing out and into the app will trigger the necessary refresh of data to remove the warning.
But, If that does not work for you it does not make sense to continue trying, it could be an issue related to the inventory which is being debugged.
Please let us know (if you haven't already) which platform is affected!

all information is missing in this post. We need to know device make/model, OS system to start. What 24 logo are you talking about? The last one in the navigation menu?
You could also use imgur.com or another free media sharing service to share captures of your attempt.
