thank you for keeping the conversation alive and interesting. I do not see anyone reporting pain, which means I did not break anything in the last 24h! The bug which was randomly throwing account restricted has been officially eliminated and we can continue our journey...

The restrictions are in still in place, and they have eliminated a huge amount of ugly traffic. The ugly accounts noticed and adapted, but we have new and more sophisticated strategies coming every day, stay tuned!

restrictions did not change: if you see a "slow down + timer" message, congrats you managed to surpass the upper limits I try to discover myself by tapping as fast as possible. There is a per second and per minute limit for read and write. I do not exclude that the app might glitch sometimes and send a double request and wrongly give you a 30 seconds cooldown.

If you see "account restricted", it's something different: it would be counterproductive for the system to get into details. I also have escalated the integrity verification of the app "from 2 to 5 on a scale of 10" - this only affects Android devices: if your app is side loaded, the device compromised/rooted, etc, it will fail verification, but no honest user should be worried.

I am still tuning the parameters of read/write for the market actions, we're getting somewhere!

as you know, I’ve been working hard on trying to separate unwanted Marketplace traffic from legitimate user traffic.

Thanks to your feedback and frustration, all the previous measures have been adjusted, refined and improved and they are now back in place in full force.

Please let us know how it's working, but please refrain from posting 'my account has been banned, why?' as that only dilutes the conversation.

this new version of the Companion App V6.7.2 fixes a couple of mislabeled error messages which generated plenty of confusion!
The changes are coupled with significant changes of the API, as usual, please update and let me know how the Community Marketplace feels.

there are NO restrictions on the app at the moment (they have been off for a while) - I just confirmed everything is smooth by placing 20 buy orders, 20 sell orders and cancelling 20 at the maximum speed allowed by the app...
