started last night around midnight pacific. got kicked out of a mini season game.

i tired it. and went 2-1

if you play ranked online, does it accelerate the XP or give you any advantage vs playing offline?

i tried the weekend classic today and one guy I played kept using his starters and not relievers. how is this allowed on this mode? There's no rule in the mode where you can use only relievers unless you run out of relievers? that's total b.s.

i think you can play it on xcloud if you have gamepass PC. not sure. you would still need to buy the game. But it's very hard to play on cloud. even offline. the timing is way off.

Very simple, they decided Judge sells more copies at release by being on the cover of the physical editions. Bobby Witt is great but a SS from KC is not selling physical copies on the coast.

I just never understood why someone would buy a game because of the cover, or refuse to buy it because of who's on the cover.

Maybe thats a valid reason for buying or not buying but I still won't ever understand it.

I don't understand it either but there is also a part of me that says that if it did not help then why bother paying these guys extra to put them on the cover in the first place.

They sure dropped the ball putting an unknown (relatively unknown)
Marlin on the cover a couple years back.

they were out for the young kids with that cover. not old guys.

All these posts and the stress it causes in people's lives by playing this game online. The cheaters, the exploits, everything online seems so toxic! It's suppose to be a relaxing and fun experience but seems like it casues unnecessary stress for most of the dedicated yearly players of this game this year.

I'll stick to offline and continue to have fun in my little corner of the mlb show world.

or could be you were playing some little kid like 10 yrs old. Then he handed the controller over to his dad who knows how to play the game and beat you.

I don’t know man… I’m finding myself enjoying this year’s game a lot more than last year’s. To each their own I suppose. To me, the bugs are so much more the issue than the content.

I guess I’m old enough to remember when you bought a game for $60 at the beginning of a sports season, that was the only content you got.

Agree - even with all the lack of content BS from SDS i am enjoying 26 the most since 21.

this is the first year maybe in a long time where you and your opponent can hit a ball 5 feet away from the bat.

this program is pointless. i don't mind if the program has a purpose. this is so random. it's not even a program. you just play and in time you'll end up with the card.

I like this idea - makes it a decent grind to get the card (which is a cool card), not one where you can just get all the requirements in one or two mini-season games
