Did they give back items you didnt know you were missing?

I knew all the things I was missing so that didn’t apply to me

I know i but buy orders in for the team collections and dont know if i lost the stubs or not.

are the buy orders still visible? and if they aren’t, are the cards you placed buy orders for in your inventory? if they aren’t visible and the items aren’t in your inventory but you’re missing stubs then chances are you’ll have to contact support and get it resolved

Gonna have to submit a support ticket through the MLB The Show website, takes a while to hear back but support will contact you about it (took me approximately 4 days to hear back)

Make sure you select Account Issue as your reasoning when submitting a ticket.

Submit a support ticket through the MLB The Show website, it’ll take a while to hear back unfortunately (for me it was about 4 days or so) but they’ll reimburse you the stubs.

Scroll down under Frequently Asked Questions and click Report An Issue and then make sure to select Account Issue as your reasoning when submitting the ticket.

I love the game itself, a few bugs here and there aren’t an issue to me and will be worked out over time. What I’ve been complaining about is the fact I preordered the digital deluxe edition and didn’t receive any of the packs or stubs that were supposed to come with it. I also bought some stubs and they vanished immediately. I submitted a ticket with support and I’m just waiting to hear back. So although it might sound like people are just complaining for the sake of complaining, there’s other people who have legitimate reasons for doing so.

i suggest maybe closing the game and opening it, that worked for some people. i've tried everything that's been suggested and just decided to put in a ticket with support. https://theshow.com/support. Be sure to select "Account Issue".

I still haven't received the 25k stubs and the packs from the digital deluxe edition. yeah the amount of people who didn't receive their packs or stubs is crazy, im hoping sds can do something to fix it because this was the whole reason i grabbed the digital deluxe

hopefully they compensate people for the missing items, relieved to know im not the only one dealing with it, i just wanna enjoy the game but i was banking on getting those packs and stubs to help start my DD team. time to grind with bronzes lmao.

Edit: Support finally got back to me after a couple days and reimbursed me with the stubs and packs that ended up going missing

it appears the servers are down, i've restarted my console and closed my app a couple times and i can't get connection.
