Future stars- As video game fan, I don’t care one way or the other. As a stat nerd baseball fan, they are egregous.

The fix is simple. Have the players set line ups and select their pitcher BEFORE they connect to the opponent. No more home hunting.

Pitch speeds were universal up till 2018 I believe. Not sure if the change was user driven or not, but it would be hard to see SDS reverting after 5 years.

Just tried 120 hz for the first time yesterday. Played events and was way early on everything. It definitely helps with input lag

I don't think they can do anything about a natural freeze off and that probably has to do with the connection between you and your opponent.

As for dashboarding; they did do something minor. If you dashboard before you get 8ABs you don't get the PXP that was earned up to that point.

Fair point about dash boarding, that is a bit of progress. Doesn’t seem like enough though. Why can’t the play just finish out after the disconnect?

Every other mode you can play whenever you want for rewards.

You can play USA conquest map over and over for rewards,Mini Seasons as well.BR,Events,RS all have a purpose.

Showdown is just here to be beaten once and it's done.You can replay it but no rewards are there except some stubs here and there maybe a 1000 if you go perfect in moments.

Why don't we have USA Showdown for example?

Where we can draft from a pool of every player in the game and then go up the ladder trying to beat different bosses(without those stupid moments) for rewards.

You can even pick the difficulty and that would determine your stub,pack,XP rewards and how many runs you start with.

Showdown really as of right now is just there for no reason.

Agreed. If I am going to be forced into doing moments to complete certain programs, I would prefer them to be in the showdown format. At least I enjoy the boss segments in the showdowns. Moments are a chore.

Hitting feels exactly the same to me. Nothing has changed from last year. I think people have a type of “recency bias” based on using end game cards just a few months ago. These lower 90 cards are not going to hit as well. Wait a couple of months, it will be hr or nothing again.

Here is the problem with outlier. Jacob degrom has outlier, but he only averaged throwing 7 pitches per game 100 plus. Now in the game you can hammer 102 for 9 innings. They should be able to hit 102 according to irl stats. But as we know SDS doesn’t use irl stats when it’s applied to pitching

And Brusdar hardly touches 100, but IRL hes constantly at 102. Go figure

Underrated? Those pitchers were both aces and commanded multi year high AV contracts. There has been hall of fame discussions on baseball tonight for both of those pitchers! I would say someone like Rich Hill or Tim Hudson would better fit the bill.

Greinke deserves discussion for HOF, as I can see him going either way. The fact their is a HOF discussion for Sabathia is why he is underrated. There are 5 members of the 3000 strikeout club that aren't in the HOF:Clemens and Schilling(obvious reasons why they aren't in), Verlander and Scherzer(who are generally considered locks to be in the HOF), and Sabathia, who people seem to be on the fence about. I think he should be a lock to make it in the HOF. Greinke just doesn't get the same respect as Verlander, Scherzer, Kershaw do. I think he deserves to be in discussion with those 3 more often

I get your point. We have different perspectives. If you win a Cy Young, I cant possibly say thats underated.
