Stubs don’t just disappear. You’d have to put in some sort of buy order. He’s telling you to check your inventory to see if the item you purchased appeared. If you are saying stubs just disappeared they will check your account activity to see if 1. You purchased stubs. And 2. Where you spent them.

I put a buy order in and cancelled it. If you check Twitter this happened to hundreds of players. This isn’t something that I just came and made up lmao. Literally go look at Twitter. It’s a known problem.

Exactly lmao. Like I’m suppose to be happy $150 worth of stubs is missing from my account. I’m suppose to say thank you to sds for this. Its also not just about the money. It’s about how the company is ran. They provide one update yesterday, nothing today, and no stubs have been returned.

Yes here we go. When a company takes money from you, provides no details of when you’re going to get what you paid for. That’s an issue and not how you run a business.

Dude... Be patient. Its literally been like a day. If what you're saying really happened to you, you will get your stubs back. They can't just stop what they're doing to make you happy at a moments notice. SDS is NOT going to keep your stubs. Get off the forums and quit complaining. Send in your ticket and move on. Well when someone thinks someone taking your money and you not getting what you paid for is ok then that’s a pretty good indication. Why would I not be mad at money missing from my account? How does that make any sense. It’s not thousands of dollars but it’s also not $10. This is an inconvenience. Once again if it didn’t happen to you idk what you’re so worried about other people complaining.... since it actually happened to the people complaining are you his girlfriend answering for him?

Dude I wouldn’t mind being patient if they were transparent. I’m more so talking about the people that respond to the tickets that are filled out. They give you an automated answer and then you hear nothing back. That’s not how a company should be ran. Once again it’s the principle.

Same here bro. Literally don’t feel like doing anything stub-related knowing I lost stubs for no reason.

Also, prices have jumped. So we literally got screwed over more than just with the loss of stubs. We lost the ability to make some early buys we could have.

This zapped the fun out of the game for me. Can’t believe they haven’t made this right.

Exactly another obvious point. We paid extra to play the game early, and I can’t even get the players I wanted to this weekend because of this issue. So what was the point of paying extra to play this weekend. Along with other people having nonstop server issues.

@Chandaman625 ok so you get the reward card, sell it. Then collect the one from rewind. The stubs you get from selling the first one you use to buy another card for the collection. Not rocket science.

It’s not “market idiots”. It’s people realizing I rather post 50-100 cards at a price I know they’ll go for fast, and not be undercut as much. Rather than posting for one to two stubs lower than the highest up, then undercut, then undercut again, then undercut again. Most don’t want to play that game. It’s not hard to understand. The real idiots are the people that post under the quicksell value. Those are a special kind of people.

Exactly... During first hour or so after launch, anyone who put in a buy order and canceled had their stubs dissappear and they haven't been returned as of yet (for most people anyway).

Also people who bought stubs pre-launch from PSN had those stubs never appear. I'm currently waiting on 300K that never showed.

Thank you. People not knowing what they’re talking about chiming in. Literally put a 140k buy order for acuna, a 60k buy order for tatis, cancelled both. Never got back the stubs.

Trust me I wish I didn’t even cancel since both prices went up. If I had the cards, why would I be complaining? Lmao people are bored with their lives. It’s extremely frustrating when you not only pay extra to play the game early. But put more money in for stubs and now 2 days haven’t received them back and haven’t gotten any help what’s so ever.

Dude it’s not about the money, it’s about the horrible service and lack of updates. I have more than 300 USD$ in their hands. In real life, that means something, I work my [censored] off all week so I can enjoy the weekends playing DD, and not having them in time is costing me doing the things I wanted to do this weekend in the game. It’s been more than 40 hours...

This kid had nothing better to do on Saturday rather than involve himself in something that’s not his concern. Someone like that won’t understand the principle of doing the right thing.

A lot of companies have live support or a phone number to call.

I wouldn't be happy either but I also wouldn't be on here crying and threatening anybody let alone a company for 150-200 dollars. If that's money is so important, maybe don't spend it on a video game.. I hope you feel stupid when they give you back your stubs. Be patient is all I'm saying crybaby

You still don’t understand that it’s not about the money. You’re clearly too stupid to even have a conversation with so no point in repeating the same thing that everyone’s been saying on here.

As someone who has made a killing in flipping over the past few years, this year has been awful so far. Sure it’s just the first week of the game. But the market wasn’t this bad last year at this time.

No exchanges for team affinity is definitely part of the problem. Less people on the game. A lot of things contribute to it. But even worse is the people that have no idea how to flip cards to begin with.

I’ve seen multiple times now of people trying to flip cards with literally no profit at all. I’m baffled by it. I don’t think some people understand how the tax works in this game. Even flipping cards for 1 stub per is wild to me.

I’m no one to tell people how to play the game that they spend their money on. Just trying to understand the logic behind it.
