For future reference, if you see a card you wanna get, look at it (triangle button) and scroll over to locations. it'll tell you where you can earn it.
Have you tried getting your First 50 points? Even though it's not 2 Stages, it was split in half. I already had 50/50 done when part 2 Dropped so all my stats started accumulating immediately. Maybe you have to finish part 1 before part 2 counts?
