Quality response. You offer no comments to address any of the issues with the game. It’s not crying when you are pointing out facts of what happened in the game and many others that all point to the same issues.

All they had to do was make the FOTF program go on forever by adding some sort of pack bundle (10 packs) or some stubs every 50,000xp. This would make it worth playing the game for people that have grinded out earlier. Capping at 600k makes no sense to entice people to play.

The over 100 attributes ruined the game since their inception. I agree about online rated being a truer game to play. You can actually have a good game and perform with low level cards if you are actually good at the game. DD holds you back because of the over 100 attributes creating all sorts of RNG that ultimately ruins the experience.

Is this a glitch? Whenever I pinch hit for my pitcher with my create a player, when the inning ends, I have no option to replace my CAP with a reliever and the game forces me to pitch to 3 batters with my non pitcher CAP. This only seems to happen when I use my CAP as a pinch hitter for the pitcher. Thanks.

I am having the same issue.

I was able to link mine as well. I have Xbox with gamepass and purchased the $60 version on switch. So both games went live for me at the same time. I started on the switch and linked with the code. Then went to my Xbox and it asked me which progression I wanted to use and I chose the switch created player etc. It looks like the only thing that I lost is the preorder bonus on the switch which was a gold choice pack and 5000 stubs which I don’t really care about. Went back and forth between switch and Xbox a couple of times and the progression seems to be working fine. I bought the switch to use on the road for work so all I care about is that the cross progression works.

Sad that they have to go to that extent to balance the game for the weak opponents to have a chance. No one wants RNG and DDA except the people who suck and benefit from it. That’s why you see so many .500 records in ranked seasons in ‘21.

I think you need to make an mlb the show account and then link your specific system accounts (Nintendo, xbox, PS) to that account and then they all access the primary show account.

Anyone have any input on how well the switch does in ranked seasons? Can you compete? I also have the series X and have played DD on all the platforms over the years. I bought the switch for when I travel for work and am curious if playing ranked, if the system can compete lag wise, both fps and input lag, or if I’ll be sticking to offline grinding. I bought the pro controller as well. Also, follow question, in the docked mode is there any input lag difference vs the handheld mode?

I played a ranked seasons game. In the 8th inning, my opponent paused but then their timer stopped running down. I pressed the back button a couple of times to make sure I wasn’t paused as well but I wasn’t and nothing was responding. I was just staring at the screen that says your opponent has paused and his timer was still. I thought the game froze. After a couple of minutes I received a message saying I forfeited the game and was taken to the menu and I received a loss. I have no idea what happened except for a possible exploit/glitch.
