He makes a good point. SDS did say in the streams last year that you would be able to achieve everything on or offline. And I totally understand not wanting to deal with R2 holders, bunt dancers, Game draggers, ect. Unfortunately these types of players seem to be 1/3 to 1/2 of all online players.

Am I missing something? So the guy convinced someone to let him just strike him out for a 100 innings straight or whatever. If the guy agreed to it for whatever bizarre reason, Who cares? Is it lame? Sure but it’s not like he gets some 1 million dollar stub bonus for being first & the card isn’t sellable. Who cares?

I request friendly quits sometimes. I don’t care about the records one bit. I request friendly quits if for the 3rd game in a row I get matched up with the meta of Hal pitching at Shippet.....I just like playing different people at different stadiums and if it’s the SAME pitcher at the SAME stadium I request that we not play. If it’s rejected then I just suck it up and play but I don’t see any harm in asking. Isn’t that what the option is there for?

Yes, Fielding is in a bad state. But it’s part of the game & effects both players. You deal with it & overcome the challenge...Or you can quit down 1-0 in the first inning. Unreal.

Unreal is you still accepting this chit. If you want to put up with 1 run defecits because you know the defense will screw your opponent eventually then go ahead. That's not competing. That's mini-moments inside of Ranked Seasons. Defense has been terrible since release. It's now June. Unreal.

You say this and you’ve been saying this forever, But here you are - Still playing.....The fact that you have Mantle means you’ve either given alot of your money to SDS or alot of your time grinding to get him no money spent...Either way - You can come on here and bash the game all you want but you’re still playing and you’re gonna keep playing. And that’s all SDS cares about, Complain all you want - They know they’ve got you.

I just played a game like 10 minutes ago and had no problem hitting with power & scored 8 runs....Sometimes you just get on a losing streak boys, Happens to everybody.

One thing I will give Madden Ultimate Team props on is Solo Battles...You can earn massive coins each week playing vs the cpu and never have to play an online game to earn every card in the game. I hope The Show will get there one day.

I have Lofton on my bench and will pinch run him late in games when Sheffield or Reggie get on. He’s a good singles hitter & bunter. Weak arm but his speed allows you to cover alot of ground. And obviously he’s incredible at swiping bags.

It’s not overrated, It’s just misunderstood. Where vision comes in is when you’re contact swinging. Example - I use Juan Pierre off the bench. When I bring him in people automatically go to a bunt defense. When they do that I just contact swing with him and due to his lack of power the ball goes right over their heads for a perfect single. I never strike out when contact swinging with high vision guys.

This is all new this year. It used to be the whole pci but now it’s the outer circle you see in the feedback.

People will come in here trying to shame you for using directional. Ignore them...Give it a try if you want but I’ve heard from people that have used it in the past and they say it’s been nerfed in 20. I would recommend trying analog before directional. Personally I would stick with zone but maybe try a different batting camera or pci. Good luck!

There are SO MANY good outfielders. I would load up on pitching.

If you suck with him then sell him. Don’t just play someone because he’s highly rated. Know who my best hitter is? Matt Wieters....I’ve hit more homers with him since I got him than Mantle, Sheffield or Chipper. Couldn’t tell you why, I just do. That’s how you gotta build your team - With players YOU are good with.

Not trashing The Show, It’s fine...I personally just think Madden is a way better game & once it drops I’m done with this game until next year. Just curious if others keep playing the show or drop it like I do?

I say 95 is good for a total freebie and a card put out so fast.

I don’t know about twitter but personally I think when you look at his career accomplishments & compare that to these future stars players that are getting 97-99 cards, It’s kind of insulting to make him a 95. Not a big deal to me personally but I get the complaints.
