Btw can we stop with the personal attacks? There's no need. As someone who was happy to finish it and expressed it here, why trash someone when they post a positive achievement?

I seriously dislike "it's a you problem". It's obvious to me that the OPs experience is legitimately how the OP experienced it. Why the insults? Stop with the elitism garbage show some [censored] empathy for other players. Maybe post something constructive next time like how the OPs experience isn't uncommon or maybe how you would make best of a bad situation. Maybe offer advice.

First of all, why does a perfect equal homerun?
I've hit so many perfects that were doubles, singles, line outs to outfielders and infielders. That's called reality.
Maybe SDS fixed a broken mechanic leading to too many Homeruns that should never have been.
I always thought it was too easy to hit Homeruns in online play. Especially ranked and BR.
I guess you can't please everyone.

So how does the game know that the person is a bad or casual player?

It doesn’t, it just rewards bad input far too often. We understand that there is randonmess in baseball, there are bloop hits, unlucky ball bounces and all that… but this is a videogame and input should matter a little bit more.

For starters pitcher’s confidence shouldn’t be included in the hitting outcomes equation, if your confidence is up and you threw an absolute dot, if I was good enough to put pci on the ball then don’t punish me.

Have you ever played real baseball? Confidence is key. I think currently hitting and pitching is pretty balanced.

Also this is a video game. If you want to be perfectly realistic go play on a real diamond. It's the BEST video game of baseball we have and I think SDS has done a fine job.

It's not perfect but it's fun. That's all I care about.

Stop complaining about it and try to enjoy life.

I was experiencing HEAVY frame drops making the game almost unplayable for the whole first week of the Show 23. It didn’t matter if i played moments, mini-seasons, conquest, and don’t even get me started with how bad online was to play. Got a ps5 2 days ago and OH MY WORD. I am still getting frame drops on the Series X I think it's more of the engine being extremely dated and not so much the hardware of the PS4/XBOX

I play on Xbox series x and I'm getting zero frame drops I think it's your system or connection. Check to see if your console needs a cleaning too

Why didn't you add a repeatable XP mission like you did for the Mexico program SDS? You can still try to complete the showdown but also have the option to skip it.

The Charisma showdown has been especially frustrating. I've completed several showdowns this year and this one has been a royal pain.

I can't get to the next charisma player unlock. I've completed all the moments and current player card missions. I'm stuck due to the Charisma Showdown.

It's time SDS penalize them more. I'm tired of getting a lead or shutting them out for a few innings and having them quit early. It's a 9 inning game. Finish it. Who knows, maybe you can come back in the ninth. Even if I lose I want to finish it. I need the innings.
