This! If their servers don’t work, you cant put a cool down timer on. I’m currently stuck in a 30 min cooldown because their servers crashed and we got stuck in a freeze off so I dashboarded out.

Have you set your logo up in the “customize” tab? Not the uniform part but the actual logo option below that?
