This is great to hear, i'm clossing in on 600k stubs and i'm looking to get both Ortiz and Rivera finally.

I'd agree that they both are way over priced at the moment. I did alright with Papi but recently sold him and picked up Musial to play first and made some stubs in the process. If you're looking at Papi maybe Musial could be a cheaper, and possibly better option at first for you.

I did well with him last year (had him since the first week) but he’s very hard to pitch with. A lot of players will sit on his breaking balls, meaning you have to utilize the fastball and changeup a lot. No horizontal movement hurts a lot.

If a guy starts hitting him hard you have to be ready to take him out. Overall, if you’re looking for a top tier pitcher you should look elsewhere and save your stubs.

Ball seems juiced this event or I all of a sudden forgot how to pitch as of 3PM EST today.
