For this first season we have Hitting & Pitching on All Star but we have some custom sliders to make it play a little closer to HOF. Here's the rest:

Directional or PCI (mainly because it's impossible to enforce... most of us use/prefer PCI anyway)
The more we grow, the more we can separate out the ultra-competitive from the more casual gamers and offer different leagues with different settings for both types of players. Admittedly, it is early days, though, so we do ask some patience. We are trying to build a community for people who enjoy playing in leagues and enjoy sim gaming so that is our main focus.
