I am not able to log into mlb the show account, but able to log using my playstation account, idk what is going on

I have been trying to log in to my MLB The Show account to change the email address and when trying to log in, there is an error and so I try to reset the password and they are asking for a key code and in the email that I get, there is no key code to input when asked. Is there any way that anyone can help me with this?

Hello, I have been trying to log into MLB The Show account, but it is giving me an error message, so I tried to reset the password. It is telling me to enter the key code that it is giving me in the email that it sent me. There is no key code in the email, so I try to reset the password and did what I could and when I try to log in again, nothing happens. I have submitted multiple tickets to MLB The Show and Sony San Diego Studios and it has been 2 weeks since I submitted them and no response at all. Is there anything anyone can suggest me doing?
