Hello, I have been trying to log into MLB The Show account, but it is giving me an error message, so I tried to reset the password. It is telling me to enter the key code that it is giving me in the email that it sent me. There is no key code in the email, so I try to reset the password and did what I could and when I try to log in again, nothing happens. I have submitted multiple tickets to MLB The Show and Sony San Diego Studios and it has been 2 weeks since I submitted them and no response at all. Is there anything anyone can suggest me doing? Thanks!
