You guys/girls/others do realize that it is an actual word that means stupid or foolish and its not always meant as a slight to the mentally/physically disabled, right?

Did you just overlook the part about it not always being used as a slight? Yea...OP didnt direct it at a specific person or community so no, it wasn't used as a slur here.

You can make that excuse about a lot of words man, point is some just shouldn't be used anymore.

That seems more like an issue you should be taking up with Merriam-Webster and not attacking every person that uses a legit word just because you don't like it.

Not trying to be a [censored] here, just my opinion. You and the OP should consider go doing some volunteering with kids or adults with special needs and you will quickly realize why that's wrong. Or maybe reach out to someone you know that has a child or family member with special needs. Ask them honestly what they think about it and if it would offend them if they knew you thought it was cool. It's one thing to call someone stupid or ignorant, those are choices they made.. Nobody chooses to have special needs. And they shouldn't be ridiculed or used as a joke. Take some time to rethink you values a bit, man. Life is too short and amazing to be so close minded and selfish. Take this however you want but I'm not coming at you I'm just making a point.

life is also too short to write a short story in a video game forum over a word you dont agree with. It's a beautiful day out,move on!

Woah woah woah real it in mate. I think its important that people who make mistakes of this caliber aren't immediately thrown to the stakes, but rather given an opportunity to correct themselves.

That's not a mistake. That's a piece of garbage that didn't wanna look bad so he changed it. He's old enough to be on these forums, hes old enough to know better. He chose his words. He didn't accidently slam a door or something. That was a choice.Don't stick up for that.

Alot of Franchise players want REALISM. Your rosters are always horribly constructed so we go to the vault which is now broken ofc. The sliders are just as important and the fact that we get zero progress if we want a truer experience is ridiculous! Its already lame franchise was ignored again this year,no online franchise etc..

Agree. looking back now at their pre launch youtube videos, how would they not know it was going to be this bad? They had to know..

When ppl click on them to download it registers that its a download.It doesnt matter if it gets to your save file or not. Why logos and players work and can be downloaded and not rosters is beyond me but im sure it has to do with the server nightmare that is unfolding.Roster vault issue is a problem on all consoles.

If they arnt aware then they are truly not listening because its been 9 days and i see dozens of ppl sending messages to mlb the show regarding the roster vault problem. I think this server situation has completely crippled the game and they are scrambling to figure out what to do. Im mad i paid 100 for a broken game that is still broken.

Its a problem on both consoles old gen and next gen.I paid $100 and been waiting a week, sent 5 messages with no response.No announcements on Twitter about it.Downloading logos and players work fine ..

you add your created player to your diamond dynasty roster.

its happening to ppl on all consoles.logos and players work fine its just roster vault.You can use logos you download for your team in edit uniform section.

I got the $100 pre-order so ive been waiting almost a week to start a franchise.I tried playing moments and conquest in the meantime but the servers are allways going down..

Ive seen its not just an xbox issue,its also happening on Ps4. The franchise fans cannot play until this gets fixed.The show roster is incomplete as allways and franchise fans cannnot download user created rosters.The game crashes every time. There are also times where a "file not found" is posted instead of crashing... com on

Its a problem on all consoles.I was able to download a roster two days ago but it doesnt load. If the game doesnt crash after trying to download a roster, ill get a "file not found" error. I can download logos and players tho. Unreal, i hope SDS knows and is on it..

Hey guys! I am just wondering if anyone else is having this issue? I can save user created logos and players from the vault just fine but if i want to download a roster from the vault, the game freezes for a sec then crashes.

I can save rosters in all other areas except the vault.
