I'm really glad they changed it back like it was last year. I really missed card art and mainly the stats of each card by pressing R2 button

I'm personaly absolutely loving this year of MLB The Show.
There's no variety in cards? I can't disagree more... I have so many very good cards right now at each position, that I really don't know who to start first, this is great. And we still don't know, what cards will come in Set 2.

I also don't know, what is that strategy in team building OP is talking about? I played lot of MUT, HUT and Fifa before and I don't see any strategy in team building there. You just use the best cards available to you by grind or money transactions, that's all in my opinion.

The true difference between DD and other Ultimate modes is in the quality of cards you can grind for free. And this is much, much better in DD than anywhere else

It was really fast, when I was completing Mini seasons

I just made it to the extra reward loop for xp, but it never showed me that kind of roulette SDS were advertising before the game release. I just got 5 basic packs into my unopened packs.
I was looking forward for it, but maybe next time after some update

Edit: for the second time it showed me that and I've got Boss pack, nice

I totally agree, I'm having a blast and playing with these 99 like Trout, Ohtani, Sasaki and Murakami from day one is awesome.

And thank you SDS for WBC unis, logos and bats, mainly Czech Republic ones. I think I'm not gonna use any other uniforms for the rest of the year

I'm personaly happy with 97-99 ovr cards in the game so soon. I was enjoying The Show most when these cards came into the game, but now we have them from the start, that's awesome for me. And I'm pretty sure I'm not alone with this opinion.

And I also can't agree there is nothing to grind for, if you have 95-97 ovr team. There are still LS collections and in Set 1 collection you have ones of the best cards in game right now and it's not a short grind.

My only problem right now is I have too many options on every position so I don't know who to start. But this is part of the fun for me in this game, so as I said, I'm happy

Second one is in Ranked program at 90 points. I thought third is in the end of reward xp path, but that was my mistake. But still, two 50k packs for free are not bad in my opinion. And we will for sure get more later

I don't know, but SDS are giving two Around the World packs for free and isn't the third one for free in the Ranked program? This is not a greedy move for me

Hitting is harder, but I'm still enjoying it a lot. I'm definitely not really good in this game, but good swings are mostly awarded and bad ones mostly are not, feels fine for me.
Maybe perfect/perfect swings should have a little bit better results, feels like lot more are outs than it should be. But I have no data about it, so we will see, if some tweaks will come.
In general, I love 23 much more than last year and I'm having a blast playing

Thank you, but this is not what I meant. I mean stats like batting average, number of homeruns and rbi's my players have. Now I can see only batting average and ingame stats and quirks

In previous years you could see your batter info at bat by pressing R2 button. You could see his card and stats. Now when I press R2 I can see only pitchers arsenal, but now info about my or opponents batter.
Can I turn this on somewhere in options or it is some kind of bug? Or did SDS forget about it? I miss it a lot

They said there will be daily moments and currently there are none. So hopefully they will add them and more missions and so on...

I redeemed 86 Jeter, opened the pack, he is in my collections, but I can't get him into the squad. He's not in the SS options, when I try to get him in. And not anywhere else, when I try change my bench for example

I think biggest problem in online play is incosistency in connection. I'm playing on monitor and when I played a lot online in MLB 21 I was able to destroy DeGrom on AS difficulty in one game, I saw everything perfectly and in the next game I wasn't able to see 95 fastball.

I still think, that console players should not be pushed into playing on monitor to see the ball in console game. Maybe it would be better if SDS would focus on making hitting harder not by pitch speeds, but making it more precise like making pci much smaller.

Or just give us some veteran difficulty RS with worse rewards. It would be much more fun for me

I have lost connection to the opponent in starting conquest game. CPU is on strike I suppose, lol

So last year, when they released monthly program, whe could get to finish as fast as possible. This year we can be staring at this new shiny card for a couple of weeks... this is great

I was looking forward for some content, but that one hit program and another 8 moments is all what we got for the weekend? It's lame
