If you have Xbox and game pass. Just use cloud gaming on the go rather than the switch. Better graphics than switch and The Show is free with game pass

I don’t think there will be a fix for this. It says (in the fine print) on Nintendo eShop, Stubs purchased on one game platform are not transferable to another. I think includes the deluxe edition 25,000 stubs. My plan was to use up the NS deluxe edition stubs and have all items etc to use on the Xbox and NS but it doesn’t work. Just like the OP said it all disappeared.
Only stuff earned in game will transfers.
I think there was a bit of misleading going on in the marketing.

The lack of stub transfer is not a problem. Just buy 25K in cards on the console you have the pre-order with. Then sell those cards. Your stubs are now considered "earned" and will show up on every console you are linked with.

So can you clarify on that last part. Does your Randy Johnson still show on Switch, but is not in your inventory on your other consoles? I'm still trying to figure that part out and I need to wait for the Game Pass version to go live. If so, have you tried selling Randy Johnson, and then purchasing him back on your other platform so that he isn't locked to Switch? If cards from pre-order packs won't show on other consoles, then I assume you might be able to try that based on my experience with stub laundering.

If I link to my show account nothing transfers. 0 stubs and none of the packs that came with the DE.

If I unlink it. Everything is back that came with the DE.

Graphics are meh on the switch but playing on the go was the idea and playing on the Xbox at home with everything transferring from the Switch. Basically I paid extra for early access.

Edit I knew the 25000 stubs wouldn’t transfer but I didn’t see anywhere it said packs wouldn’t either.

If this is indeed true and not a glitch then sds straight up lied in the marketing for the game. They should have been clear on there stream and been upfront about this bc i would have never spent 100 bucks on a switch game. I had the same idea as you have the switch version for on the go and play actual RS games on my Xbox.

I hope it’s a glitch but I doubt it. They told me to contact Nintendo. I don’t even think they read through my email I sent. Just a canned reply. Glad it’s free on game pass. I hope SDS isn’t the new EA!

If you link your switch account to TheShow account you will lose it all. So unlink it and it will come back. Don’t use cross platform progression. Only earned items and stubs will progress.

Add me to the list. False advertising on the Nintendo eShop saying that only stubs don’t carry over. It’s actually everything included with the deluxe edition. Basically a very expensive early access. Glad game pass Show is free!

FAQ said bonuses on switch don’t cross over. I was not happy

I thought it was just the stubs from the switch unless earned in game? I haven't looked too deep but all I could fine was "Stubs purchased on one game platform are not transferable to another."

It varies by platform and the edition you purchase. Linking accounts between Xbox and PlayStation will allow you to receive the bonuses from purchase of MLB The Show 22 on those platforms, regardless of which edition of the game you purchased. Players who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition or the digital version of the Standard Edition on Nintendo Switch will not be able to share bonus items across platforms, even with linked accounts. Players who purchase the physical version of the Standard Edition on Nintendo Switch can share bonus items, but are advised to link the account in-game (available on 4/1) BEFORE entering any voucher codes you may have, to avoid potential issues with redeeming them.

Unfortunately it seems that way. Just a very expensive early access. Lets hope this is just a glitch.
